I often use the services of Belpochta in different branches. I want to note that this department is a favorite among others. Most of all I like the staff, it's so nice to come, even if there are a lot of people, the girls are always friendly, polite, patient with everyone. The very pleasant leadership of this department is young girls. There are never any questions, everyone is competent.. as for queues, this is only at the peak of utility payments, and that is, there is a window for postal services, there is a window for all services. I always leave in a good mood. I offer at the end of the service, then a ticket, then a hand cream, I buy as a sign of gratitude for their work, always.

One parcel (VV355195525BY) was given to me, and the second (RO001532310BY) was sent to the 4th window, where I was informed that the postman had it and he had to deliver it. When I got home, I did not find a notification in my mailbox, and there was no information on my video intercom and video call that anyone had come, respectively, no one had come. I never left the apartment again. Please explain this situation, why do they say in the department that they went to deliver the parcel, but did not reach the addressee?

By itself, the electronic queue eliminates unnecessary disputes between visitors, and the separation of flows is convenient because correspondence and parcels can be received quickly enough during periods of mass payment for utilities. The branch also has a terminal for electronic payments, but no visitor has ever used it in my presence. It is clear that people come to the post office who either do not know how and do not try to learn how to make such payments, or are simply afraid of them. In addition, there is a bank branch nearby with two information kiosks, which are still more convenient than this terminal.
