There are always a lot of people, but the staff tries to serve them quickly. Convenient location. It is clean and cozy, there is a children's corner and many different terminals for self-service.

The interior is renovated, spacious, bright, comfortable waiting benches, and service in record time! The operator girls are always smiling, professionally serviced, always offer related products, lotteries, prompt and tell you about the service you are interested in. One of the best (in my opinion) post offices. No queues, no crashes, no problems! Definitely, 10/10

Everything is fast and clear, there were no complaints until today. In July last year, I gave my passport for registration, I received the parcel from a photo (I just explained the reason for the absence of the document), at the moment the passport also turned out to be registered, the parcel was refused. What has changed in a year? The hotline reported that parcels are issued only upon presentation of a passport / driver's license. The situation is unclear. If you were given a photo once, of course, if a similar situation occurs, you expect a similar outcome. And so everything is cool. They work fast, you don't sit in line for a long time.🙂

Today, 08/04/2020 at 19:25-30, in the post office No. 55, in the first window on the left (No. 3), I was "served" by a representative of the post office, I did not see her name, fortunately. When asked to provide me with a parcel letter, the employee laughed in my face when she learned that I could not provide her with a passport, since it was actually in the parcel for certain circumstances and refused. As a result, the employee, apparently not knowing her job responsibilities, considered it important to voice my request and ridicule it with her colleagues, publicly, and not solve it, stupidly because she does not know how to do it! In general, I got my passport thanks to a more competent specialist, apparently it was the manager / head of the department, at least she was able to talk to me. Dear management of post office No. 55, in the future, I ask you to train your "specialists" once you had to take an ad, and if you don't like the job, draw appropriate conclusions about the employee and his future at this place of work, since working with people is not possible. That's all I wanted to say.
