They clarified the UNP and that's it, they suggested it. Now there is an eternal problem, no one answers the phone and "we do not give such information on the phone, come and pick up the checks." Then send your emails right away, not tomorrow or the day after. I'll wait. And please don't lose the receipts that I make up even for one letter. And please don't lose the receipts, then you have to run around for months to restore them. And please do not confuse the contract under which you send correspondence.

Good afternoon. Today, 04.01.2025, I was at the department (Minsk, 46 Nezavisimosti Ave., 220005). Judging by the attachment, a letter arrived in my name (a 1st grade envelope).The employee couldn't give it back because I didn't have a passport. She just said wait for the postman TODAY and check the mailbox. The postman never came. The application has the status "Given to recipient". Of course, they didn't give me anything. The letter is important and now we have to wait until the weekend is over. I am waiting for feedback and the postman's work schedule.
