The operator simply entered everything manually for some reason, when there was a barcode on the forms that needed to be scanned, and the shipment was more expensive than when registering online. The girl convinced me that there is no online registration, only everything is processed by mail. The fact that I handed her the forms with the barcode and all the data did not bother her. Until the last moment, she convinced me that she had done everything right, there were no online orders and she would not redo anything. Well, the service at this post office

Okay, if there were no wild queues, but a slow worker + 30 people in line, of course, is not a very pleasant story. Train employees, be more humane, we pay money for work (these are not free services) and I don't think it's fair to spend your time (in such an amount of 30-40 minutes) on such establishments.
