I go to this department as a job. Several times a week. Usually, people gather for the opening: about 20 people. And at 12-16 it is quite free. On days of utility bills, it is better not to come here. There are a lot of people. Deep pensioners, it seems, come to chat, gossip, grumble and quarrel. It should be noted that the staff of the post office is infinitely patient and polite. They do their job clearly and quickly.

The post office is large, clean, and tidy. The girls, of course, try and work. But in the "hottest" time there are always a lot of people and 1-2 people are served. It turns out very slowly. And you can understand: there are no people willing to pay such a small salary.

For an extremely long time, the eternal horde of "pensions". To receive / send a parcel at almost any time, you need to stand for half an hour. I have never seen all 3 cash registers working. I would like to give 1 star, but recently we have introduced parcel delivery to the door, free of charge, with a newsletter on Viber, or a call from the operator. This is extremely convenient, move in this direction, partially automate the shipment, teach the grandmothers to pay for communal services with a chip (print out instructions with detailed photos and give them).

All this used to be annoying. But right now everything is fine. You can always find a place to park. There are 2 information kiosks installed in the department. Which is convenient.
