It was only from this post that my postcard reached Russia. The post office is not very large, but it is quite cozy for visitors. Proper professional service. It is located in a cozy area where you can enjoy walking, visiting nearby shops and cafes. Probably the biggest disadvantage is that there is no way to get close by car. The nearest roadway is constantly occupied by cars. There is simply nowhere to park. The husband was carrying a heavy parcel (23kg) from the parking lot behind the Promenade.

I came for the first time on Friday evening, sat for 40 minutes and left with nothing. During this time, 2 people passed, there were about 8 people in total. Some lady was sending something abroad and stood at the window for the whole 40 minutes. The next day in the morning I went and picked up my parcel from ozone without queues. The department is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. 2 windows work on parcels that receive messages in Viber, one window is just for passports. I still haven't fully understood the parcel system. Everything is faster in this window.

In general, there is a good department, there are fewer people than in the green meadow and this pleases. The disadvantage is that the 3rd window is practically not involved. It would be logical to organize the receipt of small packages and parcels without payment there (in some branches there is a separate window for this purpose). And so, an aunt occasionally appears there, and even if there is no queue at all, then you need to wait for this aunt for quite a long time.

And I have to use the services of this post office very often, and every time, on any day of the week, there is a very long wait. At the same time, there will be no more than 5-6 people in the hall, but this is constantly delayed for an incomprehensibly long period of time. The staff are polite and pleasant, but it was not possible to establish what the mystery of such a long service is..and at around 6 p.m. on a weekday, the queue is waiting on the street, which is winter🤦🏽♀️

The queue goes in order, there is no separation by window, everything is in a pile - therefore, to receive a parcel without payment (2 minutes) you have to wait until people send a bunch of parcels, pay payments, fines, etc.
