There are long queues during rush hours. It is worth planning your visit outside of peak hours. But the employees are all fast enough, polite.

Queues are always crazy! Why can't the windows be separated?:is one for paying for utilities, the other for receiving parcels???? You need to wait an hour and a half to pick up the parcel! The horror!!!
