I came 3 weeks ago for an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, an ultrasound specialist found a diverticulum on my gallbladder (this is a very rare phenomenon for the gallbladder), I do an ultrasound every year in Minsk, everything was always fine, naturally I was very scared, I started to wind myself up, went to the polyclinic to the district doctor, then to the surgeon, showing the picture and both doctors said that this was some kind of nonsense, and advised me to do an ultrasound again in another place, I came to Minsk, did an ultrasound again, and of course they found nothing there, my gallbladder was fine, and the formation that the ultrasound took for a diverticulum turned out to be an ordinary bubble with liquid in the liver, which did not It has to do with bile! I would fire such workers, they are incompetent, plus I have been winding myself up with the most terrible thoughts for several weeks.

I've been to this center several times. And these have raised questions several times. But since I live close, I decided to go again (I went to different doctors). At the reception stage: it turned out that the data entered a month ago was not saved. I rushed to the doctor, offered to fill them out after. To which the answer was that it was right and in general I could leave without paying, which they themselves denied, saying that they had passport data. I didn't understand what it was. To the phrase that was previously recorded, the answer is: I don't know who wrote down what to you there. Professional answers, I can't say anything, but I wrote off that I was more worried than usual, because I was worried before the meeting with the doctor. Next: I went to the genicologist, this is an exciting event for me. I take paid services, hoping for a friendly atmosphere and a couple of encouraging words. (A friend told me how a doctor in the USA says in advance what he plans to do, it is very soothing. I was hoping to calm down somehow too.) Therefore, I immediately told the doctor that I was worried, knowing that telling about my excitement would make it easier. And if the doctor says something: like, everything is fine, I'll calm down completely. I heard that you've screwed yourself up! - in an accusatory tone. - Get down! And if anything, the genicologist should not just lie down, but also relax. My tension increased. I continued to sit, not knowing what to do, not at all expecting such a tone and such words. Next, I heard that either lie down or you can go. Time is short. Only after a while will they ask me what I came with. Considering that based on the cycle, the next entry is in a month, I decided to stay and undergo the procedure here. But it took me a while to calm down. Which I informed the doctor about. The nurse was very supportive, who smiled benevolently and said something kind (many thanks to her!). There were also thoughts: do they really pay so little in paid that doctors burn out and already have the strength to pay attention and a couple of friendly words to the client ... Although the medical staff has enough. Next: the doctor has started the examination and is in the process! I decided to get back to the conversation! And to be clear, not with warm supportive words, but with a continuation... Horrified, I suggested that she stop the conversation. I was already straining to allow a sufficiently unpleasant person a sufficiently anonymous examination, so that at the same time I could still listen to her dissatisfaction, misunderstanding and other crap..! Further: She continued to insist on having this dialogue! It was only when I repeated for the third time that I wanted her to stop the conversation that she fell silent. To say that I was angry is to say nothing. Yes, I got the result - an examination, but still frayed nerves, stress. Only the medical staff of the state polyclinic (and not all of them) allowed themselves such arrogance, which is allowed by the workers working here. The attitude from above is like a tired parent who is tired of these incomprehensible, uncomfortable, fussy other people's children. For money and with competition in the city, what does the clinic live on? Is it possible that it is so common for many to grit their teeth and endure that it is already unnoticeable? I give 2 stars, since the procedure was carried out. It was a simple procedure that did not require special professionalism, so I do not undertake to judge the doctor in this regard. But for those who care and attentiveness are important, who want to get peace of mind for their money, and maybe support - I do not recommend it.

I came to confirm my pregnancy by ultrasound, left in a bad mood, because I didn't ask for advice, I didn't ask for a consultation. And just do an ultrasound.I've been to a lot of ultrasounds in Gomel, here only in family and health, and I haven't heard or seen anything like this in this center!I do not advise pregnant women for sure.also 36 rubles. It's not clear what I paid for, the attitude is terrible, I didn't like it at all.

As it turned out later, the recording was on 13.02.That's the misunderstanding that came out. It's a pity for the time spent, but the woman at the reception was so late that we didn't register there at all. In general, she ruined everything for us by having a good impression of Belson in advance.

My wife was at an ultrasound appointment..The service is disgusting.As they say-just fuck off.Ultrasound gynecologist and doctor.Doctor Trojan.Paid clinic -did not offer disposable diapers.they didn't give me anything to wipe the gel with after the ultrasound!!!although in paid clinics it is all provided!I don't recommend it.Before that, there was a "Family and health" service for 5 points.

Terrible clinic! I went to the gynecologist! After paying 60 rubles for the initial appointment, they spent 15 minutes on me (this time is allocated to the patient, the next woman was booked 15 minutes later than me)... they included ultrasound, swabbing, cervical colposcopy, consultation....this time, taking into account the fact that I need to undress / get dressed, etc . the attitude is terrible both at the reception desk and in the office.... after the ultrasound, they did not even give me a napkin, but offered to wipe myself with a disposable sheet which I moved from the gynecological chair to the ultrasound couch!!! The room itself is much worse than state polyclinics... which is amazing , considering the cost of admission ! I can't say anything about the professionalism of the doctor, since I believe that in such conditions it was not possible to give advice, the doctor rattled something for 1-2 minutes, I realized that the situation was hopeless. This is the first time I have encountered such a low level of medical service!!!
