I gave it 5 stars, because the room is beautiful, cozy, doctors, as I understand it, are professionals. Personally, I have been to appointments with B.A. Maslyansky, and this is one of the best, if not the best angiosurgeon. A very pleasant impression was left by Tsybulskaya L.A., who prescribed a biopsy for me. The doctor who performed the procedure said that the analysis would be ready in two weeks. That's right, they told me about it on 03/25 when I called. Of course I'll come and get it. But when I asked the employee, I would like to receive a reminder by phone (I was just there 24 hours and completely forgot to find out about the results), they told me that there are a lot of customers and therefore they do not inform anyone. Well, the number of clients can be a non-constant number... Therefore, I ask the administration to add an additional item to the service standard, and, of course, to increase the number of employees responsible for external communications.

I applied once and right to the point! I received a consultation and donated blood (I was a little surprised about the assigned blood parameters, I thought specially a lot of non-standard blood parameters were entered into the analysis ...), and when the blood results came, it became clear a lot and quickly improved my health! In an ordinary polyclinic, it would take a month or more to identify these negative factors, because of which health would deteriorate even more... Therefore, to identify something incomprehensible and negative with health, I definitely RECOMMEND IT!!!

I arrived in 10 minutes, knocked on the office at 17.00, there was a patient there. At 5.20 pm, the patient and the doctor left the office and just left. It's not entirely clear - is this the order of things? Why put an entry in a paid medical center every 20 minutes if such a time interval is not enough for customer service.

We turned to the medical center against the background of uterine hematopoiesis in my mother during menopause. We got an appointment with a gynecologist Natalia Dmitrievna Borovikova. She offered to do a biopsy of the uterine cavity (well, it's necessary, so it's necessary, she's a doctor, she knows better). They came on the appointed day, paid (and not a little) and what in the end ...?? She could not take the material for a long time, she answered requests for anesthesia with something vague, although they had previously done a biopsy in another place, they were anesthetized there and the material was taken quickly, and most importantly with the result!!! With grief for the sexes, Borovikova N.D. took the material(as she said), and let mom wait 10 days, and then call and find out about readiness. We were waiting, worried, and now he is "ready" - come! We arrived, again, paid the money for the appointment, and the doctor tells us that the analysis did not work out!!!!! The question arises..... WHAT DID WE PAY THE MONEY FOR???????? We lost so much time and money. In the first advisory opinion, she wrote "ASPIRATION BIOPSY OF THE UTERINE CAVITY was PERFORMED," and when the analysis was ready: "AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO TAKE AN ASPIRATE FROM THE UTERINE CAVITY -THE MATERIAL WAS NOT RECEIVED.
