The mileage of the car is almost 800,000 km, so maintenance and repair are required constantly. With time-tested confidence, I can say BelTB-service is the BEST car repair service for commercial vehicles in Minsk! I would like to note the loyalty, customer orientation, and professional attitude of the master receptionists Roman and Yuri, the guys will always listen carefully and promptly help in solving any issue! I express special words of gratitude and deep appreciation to the car mechanic Pavel Shcherbakov!!! I drove the car to the service in the Lake for the first time: friends recommended it. Yes, the repair took a little longer than originally planned, but this is not critical – working moments. Overall, the impression about the service is excellent! Spacious boxes, competent specialists – at the same time they consulted on a passenger car. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait for spare parts – even for my Mercedes Actros, everything was available. As a result, the price, the quality of the repair – everything was fine. Will I come here again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

The poor service of the officials It's funny and embarrassing We constantly drive our MAN tractors for maintenance and repairs , they don't do half of the list, and so on in a circle. It is not clear as much as possible why the official MAN and SITRAK service is so indifferent to its work.

Well, what can you say about this organization? In short, the price does not correspond to the quality of the services provided at all! They can turn nuts, just like at any other service station, but they cannot make complex repairs where high qualifications are required. Here is one illustrative example of why this is so: the front beam needed to be replaced on the MAN car being repaired. The manager said that it was very difficult to find, according to them, they searched all the neighboring countries, but still found the right beam in Molodechno. But he says that they will not go after her, they say there is nothing to pick up and in general, if you need it, then buy it yourself and bring it. Of course, I was upset here, I think I came to the garages to make repairs or to an official MAN dealer? And what do you think, the beam didn't fit at all! Also, interesting moments happened after we took the car after their repair, namely, there were malfunctions that did not exist before their repair. For the repair of which they also took money. In general, I do not understand what it would be possible to praise or thank this organization and these employees for. Previously, they used to say "Sharashkin's office" about such people.
