I called 123 because the WiFi was not working properly for several days (YouTube videos did not load even at 480). On the phone, Elena, the operator, suggested rebooting the Wi-Fi itself on the modem. After that, I asked why it was working so slowly and if there was any way to improve the connection quality. To which Elena pointed out that if I understood and was knowledgeable in this field, I would connect the TV via a network cable (even if there are 2-3 of them, then all TVs need to be connected via cable), and also added that when she worked in the office, IT specialists came to her, who bought apartments and we already knew that the TV is connected via a cable. As a result, I realized from technical support that I was not an IT specialist, I was not buying an apartment with a renovated network cable for all TVs, and all her support was reduced to the advice "restart the modem"

In addition to the fact that the Internet works intermittently, so it takes 2-3 hours to terminate the contract, and it's not a fact that it's in a branch convenient for you (to conclude in 10 minutes) . I came to terminate the contract, I've been sitting here for 20 minutes! Lots of free windows , but only one is working! But now there's no one at all (it's been 20 minutes) . The office is good, but the attitude towards clients and their time is disgusting. I don't recommend it to anyone if time is an important resource for you!

He signed a contract for Zala terrestrial TV for use in his country (10 km from Minsk), believing the advertisement "The service for access to the digital terrestrial television network will provide you with the opportunity to connect ZALA television where previously watching TV channels was unavailable due to lack of technical capability." I received a set-top box, made an advance payment for 2 months and began to connect. The set-top box could not find a single channel, not even a free one, unlike the Chinese one, bought on the radio market for 35 rubles, which shows 8 channels. A day later, the tech support guys arrived, tried to connect the console for a long time and couldn't do anything either. To the question: Why does the Chinese console work confidently, but yours does not?They said they needed to buy another antenna for their set-top box, with a signal amplifier. I had to return the equipment and terminate the contract. Time, money, and nerves have been wasted. Do you know why? Because the equipment is 10 years old(!!!). TEN!!! It has already paid off at least 10 times, is mentally and physically outdated, but NONE of the effective managers are able to plan equipment upgrades in advance.
