A wonderful office from Beltelecom. Very professional staff. They reconnected, explained everything, showed me, and told me. The atmosphere is inviting, if there is a queue, it's nice to sit and wait.

May 9
My father, an 85-year-old pensioner, a child of the war, counted the days until May 9, 2025 and waited for that day to watch the parade on TV. For health reasons, he has not left his apartment for more than 5 years. And so Beltelecom made a gift to an elderly man. On May 7, I turned off the TV. He doesn't have the Internet or a mobile phone, as he said that TV and a landline phone are enough for him, but he doesn't want to learn new things and is not able to. We live separately (it's good that at least in one area - the Factory) and we work every day. My husband came to my father on May 08 after working for 12 hours, stayed with him for 2.5 hours. 123, the specialist told me to turn everything off and turn it on again. Bottom line: nothing. Already, when my husband arrived home, Beltelek called at about 21.00, they said that on May 09 they would call at 13.00 and you need to stay with your father next to the modem. On May 09 (my husband has the only day off this week) we went to my father's house and no one called until I called several times, as the telecom sent us to "wait" for an unlimited amount of time (although during this one day off there are many household chores and plans in our house). We sat in vain again, a beltelecom specialist called in a drunken state and told us to do all the same manipulations that the specialist had done the day before, she said that she could block everything (that is, the only way for my father to communicate with the outside world was by phone, over the past 10 months my father had been called twice by his phone, one of the diagnoses: thrombosis). This is how the state institution Beltelecom takes care of the elderly. Their specialist calls drunk, offering to leave him without communication, sitting in front of the TV and drinking herself. At the same time, I pay monthly for Beltelecom's services, as if rendered to my father, in vain. We also have Beltelecom at home, and there are failures, but we have a replacement: mobile Internet.

The quality of services is satisfactory, but the quality of service is terrible. There's always a queue, always slow, always crowded. There is an empty cabinet for the interior in the lobby, and people are standing tightly like on a bus. I forgot the password to my personal account - you can only get a new one in person upon presentation of your passport! To hand over the modem - only in person upon presentation of the passport! Are you serious? In 2025, such a service?! Since I arrived, I decided to change the modem to an updated model. After 2.5 hours in the queue, I find out that the modems are out. Couldn't you have warned me earlier? There were different people waiting, some retired, and some with children, and they sent everyone home.
