Hello. I want to write that Beltelecom is not able to provide good communication, and especially the Internet! I live in the village and until recently everything was tolerable. Since the beginning of October, problems with Internet speed began. They've been pretending to do something for a month now, and the speed is getting worse and worse! They said that I was a cost to them! I'm not even human! I'm just a cost to them! Very well, I hope it will all work out for them. expenses. This is a disgusting organization, disgusting communication and disgusting Internet!

They always offer only 1 package of services, where all 3 positions are available: telephone, lounge and Internet, although only one is needed for use. All the others, according to them, are just overpayments, because everything is more expensive and useless. But there are questions about the quality of their eternally recommended service, because the stated speed does not correspond to the actual one. Unfortunately, the city is small and there is also a choice...

Probably nothing has been invented more disgusting than Beltelecom. They reconnect to expensive tariffs themselves, without even notifying the client, and in support, when trying to ask a question, the same type of meaningless answers and instant closure of tickets. The speed never approaches the stated one. Recently, the Internet was turned off for two days without notification, they did not say anything sensible on line 123 - "Wait, they will turn it on soon." I'm not talking about ZALA at all, the new year was celebrated 3 minutes later.

We decided to connect ZALA, two young men came at the request who could not figure out that an additional wifi modem was connected to the modem in the living room to amplify the signal, for some reason they gutted my cable and made some twists with duct tape, which they asked my wife for. They didn't have a screwdriver either. I am attaching a photo of this connection. Now the Internet is only in the computer and wifi is only in the living room.... But there is television!!!!!! Some kind of nonsense and horror!
