I went on tour from 08/16/24 to 08/31/24 to Greece via Italy. The only advantages of the trip are beautiful views and good fellow travelers.
The bus left Minsk with a delay and so on during the entire tour. The drivers didn't know the route at all. We took the wrong turn and because of that we were always late.
Olga, the escort, did not make contact in any way. It was impossible to build any dialogue with her. She's decided that's it. The opinion of tourists is not important.
We were given 30 minutes to make sanitary stops. Despite the fact that there were 50 people on the bus. We were able to have a normal lunch only upon arrival in Greece, on the 6th day after the start of the trip. Before that, there were only snacks on the bus.
The workers didn't know what timing was. The tourists came on time, but the staff was always late, so we either didn't have any free time, or we sat in the parking lot in Vienna for 3 hours because the bus had to stop.
We found out about the time of the gathering randomly. The head, Olga, told us 100 times that we should get off the ferry in Greece at 7 a.m. and it was only by chance that while walking along the deck that we learned that arrival was at 5:30!!!
Departure for the Skiathos tour was written on a piece of paper and left at the hotel reception. Then they changed the time without telling me or my friend. Standing on the balcony, we saw the bus leaving. Fortunately, Olga, the head, was smart enough to count the tourists after departure and come back for us.
There was a terrible guide in Sofia who didn't know any facts about historical places. There was also a 9 o'clock lame bus. At that time, we had to walk around the city, and this is not the most favorable city for walking.
In Budapest, we were promised 2 hours of free time, but in fact we were told that we had 30 minutes to eat.
All the hotels booked the hell out of there, so after watching the tour, we boarded the bus and drove, drove, drove. It seems to me that we spent almost the entire trip on the bus and at gas stations. And the bus may not be as convenient as possible!!!
During my return home, I was informed that I did not pay for the mandatory package of excursions, referring to the fact that I am a single mother. Despite the fact that I have no children and I paid for the excursions on the very first day!
It was the worst trip of my life! I will never use the services of a Beltourist!!!

I went on a tour of Italy from this company on 09/15/2024 for 7 days. The work of the office is well coordinated. Respect to Anastasia's manager:) Elizabeth, a visa specialist, is strict, but she did her job clearly and quickly. The visa was given for the tour) The escort was Alexander Kolomytsev. I have never met such professionals before!! It's just 1,000,000 out of 10! You can immediately see that a person lives by his work, he likes it madly!!! With him, at least to the ends of the world, Funny, smart, interesting tells and shows. Man is an inspiration. As for the tour, the program is beautifully designed. I like to walk a lot, I was thrilled with almost 20 thousand steps every day. There are a lot of cool excursions around Florence, Rome, the Vatican, and rides around Venice. Poland, Czech Republic! I even wanted to cry when I arrived in Minsk! The only thing that is not insanely pleasing is that you have to stand at the border to enter. We stood from 18 to 13 o'clock in the afternoon. Well, that's how lucky someone is.
In general, I recommend this travel agency and Alexander! I'm thrilled!

I would like to thank Beltourist and in particular the guide Alexander for an amazing trip to Italy from 09/15/24
The organization was at the highest level, all issues were resolved immediately, and most importantly, a sense of complete security throughout the trip.
In addition to historical Rome, fabulous Florence and extraordinarily fascinating Venice, I want to mention the town of Padua - colorful, miniature and with an interesting history. I highly recommend visiting!
Alexander always suggested where to go in his free time, from what angle to take cool photos and what gastronomic delights to bring with you. His charisma and humor did not leave anyone indifferent!)
And I will note the drivers for their precise work and comfort.
In order not to be too sad, I already want to plan my next trip with you! Thank you for everything!)
