I didn't notice any disadvantages. Employees who communicate directly with people are very friendly, good-natured, ready to help and explain everything if it is not clear. The only remark is not to the branch, but to those who service the ATM. It doesn't work very often.

There is a small branch, but if you sign up for a reservation, you do not need to expect any queues. And I express my great gratitude to Irina's employee, both as a specialist and as a Person, with a capital letter!!! It was this Person who decided to sort out the situation (although she did not have to), which developed due to an incorrect consultation at another bank, and helped with the paperwork. Thank you very much!!!
