Poor product quality. Low quality of customer service – they will do everything not to return or delay the refund process. It is better to choose another manufacturer and another chain of stores.
I bought half-boots (article 2216300) on 31.01.24. I did not wear them before the season. At the first wear, I found a defect – the decorative patch on the left half-shoe is turned 180 degrees. The patch is sewn on. The structure and shade of the skin on the upper part of the boots are also different. 03/14/24 brought back to the store as an item of inadequate quality (according to the law, two years are given for a refund). The receipt and the box were in stock. In the application, I indicated that I ask for a refund of the amount paid and the difference in value on the day of the refund (also based on legislation). The money was not returned, they were immediately motivated by the lack of money in the cash register, then by consideration within 7 days. The defect did not arise as a result of wear, it is a factory defect – there is no need for an examination. Buying and returning low–quality goods amounts to three trips to the store - buying, writing an application, and refunding money (if it is still returned). Shoes with a support will creak after a while:(but the rest of the models can be safely taken. Chic leather flip-flops and summer sneakers of excellent quality. I recommend.

I bought Belvest boots and seemed to have a very bad sole .the sole has worn off in a year and earlier there are holes on the sole .I looked and gasped !They refused to change that the warranty was over .in general, I do not recommend it!They did not act decently ...The second pair of boots flowed .I walked in them when the snow melted and came home with wet feet.It is better to buy from Belarus , too .but the quality is better!
