This is the best computer accessories store in Karaganda and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Wide selection and excellent service. There are often discounts and promotions. But, there is no regular store in this building , there is a pick-up point for ordered goods in the online store and a service center . I am a regular customer of this store, so this information is relevant.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. IN NO CASE DO NOT CONTACT THE "WHITE WIND". THEY CHEAT AND STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. We bought our mother a phone at the end of last year. Recently, her phone stopped loading. The "specialists" at the service center told her that water got into the phone (there was no way the water could be there), and today they called her and told her that the board had burned down and needed to be repaired (30 thousand) or replaced with a new one (50 thousand). They opened the phone, stole the board and something else, replaced it with their burned-out parts and now they are pushing the already damaged phone back. In short, they tricked and deceived a person without much understanding of how a smartphone works in general. And she is not the only such victim of fraudsters in the White Wind service center. The problem was in the software and the phone just needed to be rewired. The phone was loaded into recovery and fastboot, without freezes, as it was when loading into the system. But instead you fraudulently emptied the phone and returned it to my mother already defective because she does not agree to pay 30-50 thousand for fake repairs. Shame on the store and the staff of the service center.
