Benedict Restaurant Review
Benedict is a restaurant that you want to come back to again and again! There is always amazingly delicious food, perfectly cooked dishes and fresh ingredients. Every visit is a real pleasure for gourmets.
I would also like to mention the excellent service. The staff is attentive, polite and takes care of the comfort of the guests. Meals are served quickly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is conducive to a pleasant pastime.
If you are looking for a place with excellent cuisine and a cozy atmosphere, then Benedict is the perfect choice. I will definitely come again!

I am very excited about this place!

Nice interior - pleasant and relaxed. The cuisine is delicious, I personally go there specifically for a bagel with salmon. It's a signature dish for me. My friends ordered different dishes and they liked it.
The price is above average, the last time was on December 1st, 2024, a bagel and a teapot of tea reached 9 thousand something. Then I went to the delpup and had dinner there for a little less money (appetizer, main course and drink)
The staff is good, the atmosphere is pleasant.

Mixed feelings.
We came for breakfast, took several dishes, most of them were very pleasant to taste and serve. The coffee is decent.

But the scrambled eggs with rabbit did not meet expectations, besides, there were symptoms of poisoning after it. Unfortunately, there is no desire to return.

The best breakfasts in Almaty!
I lived near this place and went here for breakfast every day. Good coffee, very pleasant interior, friendly waiters and incredibly delicious breakfasts.
The best Benedict with salmon that I tried in Almaty and the top 10 in the world. Very tasty brioche with turkey truffle sauce.
In short, be sure to come here for breakfast.
Another important point: breakfast is served here all day!

Brioche with turkey is now my favorite breakfast dish. I love serving a la Benedict, but I hate hollandaise sauce. Truffle is a great combination. What you do with the turkey - do it further and don't tell anyone!very unobtrusive, but interesting spices on the background in the marinade, the texture is perfect - not dry, but not salty jelly.

As a result, it seems to me that the reason is that the price level here is at the level of good restaurants in the city, but the service and service are a little short of competitors. During our week-long trip to Almaty, we came here three times. Excellent cuisine, friendly attitude to guests, excellent service, pleasant interior.
The breakfast menu is relevant all day. Asparagus with poached eggs - a separate love
The price tag is not the most budget-friendly, but it is definitely worth it.
On our next visit to Almaty, we know exactly where we will be well fed.

Delicious hearty breakfasts all day long! The main thing is, when you order a dish, do not overdo it, otherwise you will either have to roll out from the table or not eat enough. The bagel with salmon is just gigantic with a bunch of ingredients, I had to give half to a young man, because after a plate of rice porridge with mango, the whole bagel no longer fit into me. Lemonades are also delicious, the most in the 30 degree Almaty heat, the only citrus lemonade with elderberry seemed too sweet. In general, a pleasant place with a high price tag. For 2 servings of porridge, a bagel and a croissant with salmon, along with two lemonades and service, we got 21 thousand.

We had breakfast at this place three times, you see, of course, we decided to change something once, but we still returned to have breakfast at Benedict's for the last time. Very tasty porridge, my God, porridge with chocolate and ice cream just fell off my heart. The coffee is also very tasty here. We tried different places around the city, but the coffee here is amazing.
We also tried different dishes from the menu and never regretted it. So I thank the institution for the quality of the dishes and I wish you not to drop the bar!

I am fascinated by the kitchen. I go to lunch regularly. My respect to the chief and his colleagues. But the service can be improved. They just gave me the menu, just listened to the order, silently, without looking into my eyes, put the plate on and calculated the same way. I am not a hidden, but a grateful customer, an ordinary guest who loves pleasant places and is ready to pay for a decent product and service.
The guys at Benedict are making a very cool product! Thank you for that, you inspire many people with your work every day.
Breakfast:
1. A large cappuccino is a very pleasant delicate taste, I would serve it in a low mug, it is wider, but in a high one it may even be "safer" (nothing will spill past))).
2. Eggs Benedict with caviar on brioche with fresh salmon - super fresh and beautiful salmon, the brioche is high enough, tender, with a delicate juicy cheese crust and not over-dried, even Benedict himself spreads out as it should and the eggs slowly melt over it into brioche, into a plate and onto a fork prepared for them;))
3. Croissant with butter and jam - a golden freshly baked croissant and unsweetened jam cannot but please those who like to sweeten their day slightly.

The breakfasts are very tasty and hearty.
I tried everything there, including some sweet ones. Everything is cool, the service is normal.
Except for one day when I was in a hurry to get to the airport. At first my order was lost, I reminded, and then they told me for twenty minutes that "they are already putting it on", "I am already carrying it", "it will be right now". I waited 20 minutes for toast and a boiled egg! Even if they forgot to do it initially, it would still take 20 minutes to do it from scratch. I told the manager and the waiter that I was in a hurry to get to the airport, but it didn't lead to anything!
They could have immediately said what would happen in 20 minutes, I would have paid for the juice and left, but they continued to lie. That was unpleasant.

Order one dish at most two, otherwise order a lot and the bill will come out round, but you haven't finished eating. You can park on Panfilov Street if you are lucky and right in front of the cafe, it depends on the time at which you will come to eat. The waiters are not friendly, I asked questions about the available seats myself. The menu was given, and the waiters stood side by side near the entrance. They didn't even offer to help with the choice. I waited for the waiter to come up. As a result, she got up and left.
