Of course, very little remains of the fortress there, but the views of Lake Sevan from these ruins are very picturesque and delightful. I just want to enjoy the silence and beauty. This is probably what the inhabitants of this fortress did, in between the wars, of which there were quite a few. The Silk Road passed nearby, and there were enough people who wanted to profit. They write that this fortress was also like a port, they traded with the inhabitants of the opposite shore.
