We were with our family in the children's world, the service was disgusting, they asked us to find shoes with a size 32, they said that it was not there, as a result they found it themselves, the girl punched the wrong product at the checkout (the barcode did not match the product, they punched the wrong price), tried to talk normally with the manager, she pretended that she did not he hears, in general, this is not the first time. I have been to different branches of the Children's World, and for the first time I see such an attitude towards customers. A pleasant shopping center, on the ground floor there is a good cafe "Travelers coffee ". I especially love their salty raf)) the menu is varied. There are boutiques on the second and third, I don't go there much. An Indian exhibition is sometimes held on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. Favorite spice shop, laundry, a little bit of everything. There is parking, but often there are no places.

Earlier, when I visited this cafe, everything was of good quality. However, the quality of the dishes has deteriorated recently.
I ordered Belgian waffles - and in our glorious city of Shymkent there are places where they are served in the heat of the heat - so here they served a pathetic "cake" of yesterday's production, with terrible fruit decoration. The taste was appropriate.

In Soviet times, Bereke was a kind of deli. With the collapse, there was a "bazaar under the roof". Books and things were being sold. Then it became desolate. In another part on the second floor there was a banquet hall. But by the year 1996, it was completely closed. It was even a pity to look at it, broken windows ... it's good that it was restored, although they did a complete overhaul and redevelopment (including the demolition of brick walls and replacement with glass). I really don't know how it is now, what is there besides shops.

Yes, there are boutiques and an office equipment store. But it was kind of dead on the top floor. The second floor looks more like a Soviet department store with an atelier and something else. In general, I recommend investing in promotion and development. There are special companies that promote the institution by choosing a complete strategy, they do not take it cheap, but the result is unambiguous in the future.

Russian Russian, namely, the service service: the waiter does not know how to speak the official language, at least he served me only in Russian, although I did not try to ask in Kazakh once, he asked me again anyway so that I would ask in Russian.
And so the "Children's World" is good. There are high-quality toys that are not harmful to the child's health and high-quality things are not particularly expensive.
