Excellent bank, excellent branch and professional staff. I opened my cards as a non-resident. Amina, the sales manager, did everything very competently and promptly. The cards were printed on the spot. No extra documents were required. I recommend it!

A disgusting bank, to sit for an hour and not get in to make a transfer. Customers are not a priority here. Okay, there was a crowd of people, but only 2 people were sitting. This is probably the worst bank in the whole of Kostanay!!!!! Service 0!
