4 stars for the staff! Wonderful ladies, pleasant and helpful in the best sense of the word. The hotel does not even pull two stars. But there is no special alternative in Borisov. On the plus side: the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a kettle and a faceted glass. Of the cons: the room is very dark, there is a problem for a lady with makeup, you need a mirror with backlight, ventilation is very noisy in the bathroom and it turns on at the same time as the light, only soap from the toiletries and that on the day of arrival.

It's smoky. The room smells appropriately. In the corridor of the hotel on the 2nd floor, cigarette smoke was eating out the eyes and this is not an allegory. It was not possible to fall asleep in such a "frenzy". The room turned out to be dirty, the bathroom smelled bad and was also not cleaned. The required soap and shower gel...there were, but, judging by the appearance, traces of something yellow and dried (I won't even think what it is), extracted from some kind of trash. Lazy staff. An asterisk for the fact that the bed was still changed and yes, there was a roll of toilet paper. In a word, horror. The real one.
