A good place to relax. They will write good things anyway, but about the bad: there is no window for ventilation in the steam room - this is important and causes discomfort! The hot water is there from the boiler, that is, if a really big company comes there, there may not be enough hot water for everyone. There are various types of entertainment in the courtyard, but you will have to pay extra for some: for example, light a bonfire - which does not really burn ..)

A well-equipped playground near the house. There is a swing, a barbecue, a gazebo, a place for a bonfire. There is also a good sauna. A big plus is the cold water pool near the sauna. There is a disco room and a banquet hall.

My favorite place!! We rested here 5 times for sure, everything is always cool and fun.
A separate plus for the disco room! New acoustics, loud, cool, like in a club))
There are very stylish wooden stands, a microwave and a refrigerator for serving.
2 large rooms for 5 people, if desired, of course, it will fit more))
A place by the campfire, songs until the morning, the floor of the campfire is a separate area.
A closed area that allows you to open up to the fullest!
A great place to take cool photos outdoors and indoors.
In Brest, the price-quality ratio is the best place!

They celebrated their spouse's anniversary in the Den. Choosing a Den was the best decision. The banquet hall, which accommodated our numerous guests freely, an excellent sauna, a private garden - everything contributed to a great time! Special thanks to the owner of the estate Gennady! A wonderful, sincere person, took part in the organization of the holiday, all the moments and wishes were taken into account before the celebration. All the guests were absolutely delighted! We will definitely make a choice in favor of a Den for the following events!

The price is acceptable. There is a small dance floor with a pylon, a good sauna, but small, you can't sit there right away in a big company.. (you can steam normally, there are enough degrees), a small swimming pool. There is enough space for gatherings for a large company. It is possible to fry a barbecue. Basically, everything is beautiful. Of the disadvantages, it can only be noted that it is located on the outskirts of the city, not everyone is convenient to get there.

We had a rest with a company of 10 people. The sauna, cleanliness, organization and atmosphere are excellent. The host is friendly, answers all questions, helps with the organization of your leisure time. However, it was a little chilly in the morning.

We celebrated the anniversary of my husband.The territory is very cozy, there is a gazebo, a swing place by the campfire.If it's really warm, it will be cool to spend the first few weeks on the street, since there are also warm blankets.The house itself is also made with its own interior.There are two spacious bedrooms.The room where the table stood is also large. 15 guests will sit quite roomily, perhaps more.There is a room for dancing, too, I am satisfied, it is also large + The bath is also good, the temperature keeps well.
The only disadvantage is that you need to climb up the ladder to the top of the pool.
And so the place is very great ,🤘👍👍for those who like to make noise since the territory is closed.
