I bought a duplex apartment here a month ago in a building in the middle of 122/3. The view from our apartment is to the Technopark warehouse, but from the shared balcony there is a view of the courtyard, the Al-Khorezmi IT school, the IT park and almost the entire city. It's comfortable to live, but fan coils really only disperse the air nearby in the summer heat, so I had to install an air conditioner. Of course, there are other disadvantages, but for such a "business class" house in such a location, with such a courtyard, foreign neighbors and neighbors who won the 2024 Olympics, I think this is acceptable. I believe that in 5 years, this area and this place will be a bridge between old Tashkent and new Uzbekistan.
