September 13 I ordered workbooks for the school on the website, they were available in the warehouse and only on September 20 they pledged to deliver them to the store on Mayakovsky. I arrived on the 21st, but there were no notebooks. We called the office, they replied that the notebooks would arrive in the evening. In the evening, I did not go, but decided to stop by tomorrow, September 22, so that for sure, I called the store beforehand and they answered that no one had brought the notebooks. Absolutely not conscientious people in the office. There are no complaints about the store, but I do not recommend ordering goods from them. I turned to OZ and ordered there and immediately said that you would pick up everything tomorrow
