The library is located two hundred meters from my work and it is very convenient for me to run in after work and exchange the books I read for new ones. There are never many people in the subscription hall and I don't remember more than two people queuing. This is very convenient for me. Sometimes I visit their website on VKontakte and I know that meetings with Vitebsk writers and poets are held there, conversations with schoolchildren and a club has been created for people with disabilities who like to read.
