I was there once in the reading room, then a few months later I passed by and I urgently needed to go to the bathroom. There were no other places nearby, so I went into the library. I think, well, this is a public place, especially since I was there once. I went in there and they wouldn't let me into the bathroom. Argument: "the bosses will scold, we have cameras everywhere."
And the authorities are not embarrassed that this is a public place that was built with money from the budget, which is made up of taxpayers' money?!
So I earn money to build this library, and they're rude to me there and won't let me use the toilet? It's a shame that we will never come to new Kazakhstan with such libraries. It's a shame and sad.
