The second time we needed help, we went to a consultant, she was not in this department, called another one, came in 5 minutes and they pointed out to him that a guy was waiting for him, and then we, that is, 2 consultations are needed. He helped the guy for about 7 minutes, and then turned around and quickly left. We found another consultant, and as a result it turned out that we had to wait for the same consultant guy again. We didn't expect to hear psychos addressing clients like "can't they cope without me?". After that, we decided to write comments and suggestions in the book at the information center, but alas, there were no employees even there. So it's better to drive further, spend the same amount of time, or even less, and save your nerves 👌

There was a small brush hanging, the price tag is 1.49, on arrival home the receipt costs 7.09!!! Halogen matte light bulbs- 2.rub.per kopeck,in the receipt 3.99(2 pcs). It's not very pleasant....

Pros: it's big, there are a lot of different things and, in principle, you can buy almost everything you need in one place.
Cons: as the consultants have already written above, there are basically none. The main disadvantage is the price tags. During 4 visits, we have NEVER broken through the product at the price indicated on the shelves. Once I asked what the hell "We don't have enough staff." For a moment, it was literally a week after the opening and the price tags were already left. Moreover, when visiting the store, be careful: there are goods like at attractive prices on the aisles - a deception, at the checkout the price will be different. Moreover, it may turn out that the same product may already be on the shelf under a different price tag.
The product that looks attractive on the site both externally and at a price (in particular lumber) is in reality a complete slag (the third grade is not defective).
Conclusion: there is no such store of jokes, and I do not recommend anyone to visit.

In the mixtures department they wanted to buy glue for the tile, but, we did not wait for the seller's "bingo" for 10 minutes. Simply unable to stand such indifference, we left for another store; 3.
