My visit to the Build store left extremely negative impressions, especially regarding the work of consultants. I came to the store with specific questions and expected professional help, but unfortunately, I was faced with complete incompetence.
When I asked clarifying questions, the consultant started responding with obvious annoyance, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! In addition, when I tried to contact another consultant, I faced a similar situation. It seems that the staff is not properly trained and does not realize the importance of customer service. I hope that the store management will pay attention to these problems and take measures to improve the service.
