Friendly staff. Not the most convenient location - there are constant traffic jams near megaplanets. The prices are relatively affordable.
What I really didn't like: in early spring, when it was still very cold, I had to go to another building / department without a jacket, because it looks like there is no internal passage to the right department. The interior and equipment seemed a bit outdated to me. One of the analyses caused a slight distrust.
