A solid three in the stars of the hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is austere, but there is everything you need. It is located on a quiet street, so you can sleep without problems. We cleaned and changed towels every day. A kettle and cups in the room to drink tea. There is a refrigerator. Next time, I will be happy to choose the same hotel. There's a grocery store downstairs, but it's closed from about 21:00 or 22:00, I don't remember exactly. There is an old cafe on the next street, where Ataturk himself drank Boza.

A good hostel, honest three stars (not to be confused with Yandex stars). The furniture is a bit old, but everything is there and everything works. Very convenient location - close to Aksaray metro station. Istanbul City Hall and branches of all banks are nearby. The huge shopping center Forum Istanbul is 5 stops away. A polite and attentive Tajik woman Gulya (speaks Russian) will tell you everything.

I still did not understand how this place positions itself - a hotel or a hostel. I would call it a hostel, although I know that there are hostels with a much more respectful attitude towards guests. The TopHotels website clearly says "hotel" and the photos, at first glance, are quite decent. To begin with, the cost, including breakfast and transfer, was not similar to the cost of living in a hostel. We were vacationing alone with my husband and we were initially accommodated in a room for two. Although, " number " is a big word. It's just a dirty little shack. Everything is very tired, there are traces of old dirt in the toilet room, there is no place, two connected beds, a small window and a curtain-cloth, which it is impossible to completely close the window. The impression is extremely unpleasant. We asked to change the room, they did not refuse us. However, the second number plate was not much better. It was more spacious, but the distance between the bed and the closet was probably 10 centimeters, it was impossible to walk, despite the fact that we are thin! An extremely unfortunate and awkward arrangement of furniture. There was a table in the corner, and for some reason there was an old dirty ottoman on it. The walls are also not the first freshness, it is better not to go to the shower without slippers. In general, there is a feeling of neglect and neglect again. They didn't change it anymore, I think everything is there. There is a complete discrepancy between the photos from the site and reality. The photos were probably taken in the year of the opening, otherwise I can't explain it. The breakfast is also very mediocre. The carpeting on the stairs is all stained with old stains very nasty. Plus, they also wanted to deceive us. They came to us after two days of our stay and said that we had a problem with payment, although we paid for everything through a travel agent. It took a long and hard time to figure it out, the mediator helped. We didn't have to pay anything extra, but we made a conclusion - the staff or the owners of the hotel, I don't know who exactly, just wanted to cash in out of the blue. In general, I was probably in such a dump for the first time, despite the fact that I have travel experience. Definitely not recommended.
