A year ago, there was a better place to sit. At the moment, only the kitchen remains, the service is terrible. We came with a girl, couldn't wait for the waiter for 20 minutes. Today (06/25/24) we came to celebrate the girl's birthday, having previously booked a sofa in advance. The bartender did not allow them to sit there, arguing that it was a sofa for 10 people, offered any other places except sofas, and said: "Let's do this, if a company comes, you leave." In 3 years, I have been to blasus 50-60 times, always treated the waiters and bartenders with respect, had good relations with the staff, always left tips, always had a good check. The current bartender has no right to work with people with such communication skills. It is a pity that a good institution suffers because of the disrespectful attitude of the staff.

My area of responsibility as a client is to pay the bill, behave and look acceptable, treat staff and guests with all the strictness of morality and law, while yours, as an institution, is to provide high-quality service and, if possible, not to poison me. My main feedback to you is visiting your establishment every weekend (earlier, of course), if you want a good review conversion, come up with a loyalty system or find a way to sell it to guests.
2. We didn't come in two, but four, and in fact, even if we had come together, it wouldn't have made any difference, I have the right and can sit at any available table, and I also reserved this table.
3. According to point 3, it's your word against mine, no more. If you accuse someone of cheating, please provide proof, as a client, I do not have access to cameras and microphones to do this thoroughly, and your accusation does not look appropriate for a person who is communicating with the end user.
Bottom line: I haven't visited you in a year and I don't plan to continue. Have you lost a lot? I don't think so. Will you lose a lot if you continue to accuse the guests of cheating, complain about grades, ask them to remember the waiter's name and the exact time after the fact to resolve some issue (which, by the way, looks like an unsubscription)? - definitely yes.

I ordered a classic burger and 0.5 lager. The bartender warned that the wait was 20 minutes (I remind you, the place is empty), but it arrived earlier, 10 minutes in advance. Surprisingly very juicy burger. It was decently warm, the vegetables were fresh, the cutlet was juicy, and I was pleasantly surprised. If it's always like this, then it's definitely 5 out of 5.

The shawarma sold in this "wonderful place" introduces dissonance: it is quite expensive in the price /gram ratio, pita bread is dry like bread sold in a nearby store, during a meal all the sauce leaked out, it was impossible to eat. It was all served in one cellophane bag, and a half-open bag with symbols. Well, the culmination of all the unpleasant things is that after this shawarma you are still hungry. We waited for the menu for 10-15 minutes until we took it ourselves, and then waited twice as long for the order to be accepted. Only the bartender (who also turns out to be the waiter and the administrator of the institution) and the girl who completely forgot about all requests worked.
The bartender simply remained silent to all questions, pretending that he did not hear or did not understand.
The girl rushed back and forth a hundred times, as she could not remember what she needed to bring. After a long wait for at least some food, and only after repeated remarks to them about this, warm coolers were brought - and then without appliances, since the girl had safely forgotten about them. As a result, they asked for the bill, but after 10 minutes they came up for it themselves, so they would have waited for it. The bartender gave us the bill for all the dishes, but they brought us only three coolers and after such service, we had no desire to wait for the rest of the dishes. The bartender insisted on paying the entire bill, and when asked when we would receive the rest of the dishes, he replied "for a long time" without specifics 👍🏼
It is worth noting that only 4 tables were occupied, including ours, that is, a small load.
As a result, they paid for what they ate, there were no scandals, which were already enough from other visitors)

The worst shawarma I've ever eaten. And the most disgusting thing is the presence in the shawarma of pieces of lightly salted cucumbers of huge size, and even at the same time - ass cucumbers🤢 there were also carrots in Korean in the shawarma, although if you believe the sign, it should not be in its composition, cabbage is chopped into huge long pieces, pita bread is not crispy, chicken is not enough. If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would do so. Wasted money, and my stomach hurt.
But still, the only thing that really pleased me was the staff. A very nice woman behind the counter, friendly. Considering that there were a lot of people, she was very kind and told to wait a little, she cooked very quickly.
The tables were dirty and so were the seats.

I waited for shawarma for 7 minutes, it tastes average, the price is normal. I do not know what other service you expect from the eatery. If you want a service, the restaurant is your choice, only there and the receipt is already different.

Last time, after ordering coffee with themselves, they made a full glass, this time they made half, to the question "why only half a glass?" the answer was "I do it according to technology, and Anton does it on his own". It is quite strange that each bartender does it differently.
Long waiting time for both dishes and waiters. The food is delicious, but the service covers everything). They endured for a long time and thought that it would get better, but in this institution they do not want to change for the better.

The service and communication with the guest are not in the understanding. We talked as if we were talking to a friend, not a visitor. THE BORSCHT WASN'T ANY GOOD AT ALL, THEY FORGOT TO ADD SOUR CREAM, ALTHOUGH THEY ASKED FOR IT THEMSELVES, but then they brought it after asking and remarking that they had forgotten. The mashed potatoes were sticky , but moderately salted , although it pleased me. The fillet with tomato was over-salted (a lot of peppercorn on the fillet) According to my husband, it didn't taste like chicken cutlets, but rather like minced meat.
We are very saddened, the establishment is located next to the train station, and at the same time we ordered a lunch. Teenage waiters communicate loudly with each other, discuss work issues under the ear of visitors, rush back and forth like crazy. The service is just at zero! You need to train the waiters when you hire them. There are a lot of waiters - but they are of zero use!
They also came in the spring, asked for the menu themselves, ordered it themselves, cooked a dinner for 40-50 minutes! In general, the place has deteriorated. It's a shame.
And the kitchen is good, delicious, and I only give stars for it!

We have been to the institution 4 times in the last 3 months. The cuisine is quite decent, cocktails and drinks are a rich selection and taste very good.
But
the submission time is if they said 20 minutes, then it's 45.
The plates are scratched. The owners should know that for catering you need to buy special ones that do not scratch.
It was 16.09, the table was served by a trainee girl, apparently. No one can back her up. The menu does not know, you name the position, it first searches in the tablet, then checks WHETHER WE NAME IT ACCURATELY FROM THE MENU. I couldn't answer any questions: at first I said that there was a hookah, then I said that there wasn't. I could not advise on any item from the entire menu.
We sat down at a table in ashes, brought the menu, the ashes were not removed, old cigarette butts were in the ashtray, there were no napkins, plates were not brought! They brought sushi and French fries on a shared plate, and bare napkins.
This is the base that the waiters make as soon as the old customers have left (wipe the tables and replenish napkins, etc.) and when the new ones come, bring plates and cutlery (by the way, she brought the appliances).
How can you put a person on an internship who doesn't know anything at all, even about the catering base?
I like the kitchen and would go to the institution more often, but the eternal joints are basically a spoiled mood.
