The administrator Nikita behaves inappropriately, aggressively and allows himself physical and verbal violence. He hit me in the exchanger, right under the camera. Later, when my friend tried to use their services, Nikita refused him, stating verbatim: "We don't change our friends." When I went to a nearby cafe some time later, he complained to the owner, and I was kicked out - without explanation. This is no longer just unprofessionalism, but personal revenge and discrimination.
