I get absolutely absurd answers to any questions about where he is and what the problem is. To call back on your own - what are you talking about??? The client needs to call himself, even 5 times a day. In response, the standard: I'll call you back and clarify .... then silence..... well, it's clear that I myself can call employee X again and ask what she clarified this time. You can't refuse rudeness to an employee either) Well done in one word!
And finally yesterday 11.02 at 18:00 oh, a miracle!!!! Ms. X called me back herself and told me the good news: I need to come and take another picture, the background in the photo (taken on 22.01) turned out to be darkened, and as soon as they take a new photo + 5 WORKING DAYS and the passport will appear.
Well, isn't it funny))))
Dear company, this is not how things are done!!!!
I strongly recommend, even in the most extreme cases, NOT TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY!
