Good location, the owner speaks Russian. It's an old furniture, but clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. You can cook your own meals on the top floor in a separate kitchen (there is no microwave). From the roof there is a very beautiful view of the Marmara Sea.

A cozy hotel in the heart of the old town on a quiet street.
Large, cozy rooms, comfortable bed. A terrace with a kitchen, with the necessary set.
The view from the terrace is incredible.

We spent three nights here. We didn't book, we just came. You can negotiate and bargain about the price. They accept any currency. Nice staff, they speak Russian. An authentic hotel, old, but clean and well maintained. Cleaning is daily. There is a shared roof terrace with a kitchen and all necessary cooking utensils. Magnificent view of the Bosphorus. The location is excellent, all the main attractions can be reached on foot
There is a paid laundry service.
I recommend. We liked everything.
