We bought a closet. Firstly, the seller misled about the delivery, assured that it was free to get to the entrance, as it turned out, there was no 35 rubles delivery to the entrance. When we arrived for the documents for pickup, she rudely replied that it was still 3 minutes away and the cash register was not turned on to give the document and generally take a walk. The store loses customers because of such sellers. Rudely rude with a disgruntled face. I won't come back. I like the store, though. I recommend that the management take a closer look at the employees and change them to those who are interested in the work.

I really want to write a review not about the store itself, but about the quality of the products - the NEPO collection. We bought it when it was just released in 2023, and when it was assembled, the entire edge was very badly glued. And that's what we have, in two years, wherever she's been, she's peeled off every touch. It's a shame to get such QUALITY for such money. Of the 7 units, each one has chips and it keeps crawling around.
In a word, MY PAIN is when I see this furniture in the children's room, and I see it every day.

"Black Red White" - a store with a good price ratio/Quality. By purchasing furniture here, you can build a shopping chain similar to the search for berries: I take one piece of furniture, look at another, notice the third, and the 4th - what? - I 'm imagining it ! And this is due to the assortment, as well as the fact that decent furniture is in the hall next to the beautiful one, and the beautiful one is next to the suitable one. I purchased two interior items. Both the wall-mounted cabinet and the showcase cabinet produced by the Brest factory turned out to be in place and to the yard. The last one arrived by pre-order. Perhaps I was lucky that the planned delivery of the cabinet 2-3 months after the order took place faster than in a month.
A good combination of functionality and attractive appearance should continue to support the demand for the products of the Brest manufacturer in the future.

We have been waiting for furniture for 2 months, as it turned out, we will have to wait 2 more. why is there an "order fulfillment period of 30 days" on the website by phone for 3 months already.
They lie about deadlines and not only. At the beginning of November, the table was ready, the chest of drawers will be made in mid-November, they will be delivered in December. The chest of drawers is ready on December 1, and the table will be made in early January.

What a shortage of personnel in Gomel!!! Having visited the salon in Gomel on Sovetskaya Street, there is no desire to return again. The employee, an elderly lady, is an extremely unpleasant person. There is silence to my greeting, and a favor in the form of a monosyllabic answer to my questions, not to mention distracting myself from my "important" business and paying at least some attention to a potential buyer.

I like the way the staff works here. They are always polite, prompt, and help with the choice. The prices are quite acceptable. The furniture is interesting. It is not difficult to collect. The only drawback is that they noticed a mismatch in the color of the bedside tables. Not much noticeable, but still. Check carefully.

The production time of the cabinet is 3 weeks, and the delivery time from production is 2 months, and then this is at best, because you need to wait until the orders are collected to fill the machine. There are no leftovers in the warehouses, everything is made to order.
After the order has been delivered, it must be picked up from the warehouse on Mogilevskaya Street. but!!! In order for it to be given to you, you need to go to the store on Sovetskaya Street in order for you to be given a paper for issuance. Even if there was a 100% prepayment!
And now the most important thing! After 2 and a half months of waiting during the assembly of the cabinet, it turned out that there was not enough back wall in the package!!!!!
The store says that he is a fool, it was necessary to check at acceptance, now only wait for the part on the complaint for 1-1.5 months! But!!! When accepting, they do not allow you to open the package, check its integrity and get out! And in the act of acceptance and transfer, they discreetly added a clause that the buyer has no claims and therefore the money can no longer be returned!
The manager of the store refers to the contract in which they are fully protected, and sends them to lawyers if they don't like something. And she clearly hinted that it was still unknown, maybe I removed this part myself, and the warranty applies only to peeling off the chipboard coating, chipping, peeling off the edge, etc.
Before that, I bought furniture from this manufacturer and there were no problems, but now, apparently, it has slipped. The impression is completely negative! I do not recommend contacting this furniture manufacturer.
