The hotel is located on the beach. The sea is clean, the food is dietary, they are fed for slaughter.The rooms are newly renovated, there is a standard dryer on the balcony. Excursions are offered at the exit of the hotel, and a representative of biblioglobus sells excursions at the hotel itself. Inga takes 200 rubles to the Ilora temple. In general, we liked the hotel and we extended our stay at the hotel - thanks to the girl at the reception.But there are disadvantages - there is a bar on the territory where music screams late at night, locals are allowed in, they swear at tourists, they do not let them sleep, dogs roam the territory. On the beach, vacationers feed dogs food from the dining room. Dogs are fat like piglets and sluggish, come up, touch the vacationers with their paw and beg for food, then lie down under a chaise longue. In the dining room, when moving chairs, there is a terrible grinding sound - the ends of the chair legs need to be lined with plastic. The elevators are slow and crowded....

I liked the hotel, the room is cozy and comfortable, the furniture is good, it is clear that they did not save on beds, mattresses and all bedding. Room cleaning certainly leaves much to be desired...
the view from the balcony is gorgeous!!! But there is a very dangerous fence on the balcony, (especially for those with young children)
The food is delicious and varied, only when there are not enough seats in the dining room, and the dishes are running out and they are not supplemented like: finish what you have ...
The problem with elevators during rush hour (breakfast, lunch, dinner) there are only 2 of them on 15 floors, this is very small.
At night, the lights are turned off for several hours, if you check out of the hotel at night, it's better to bring your suitcases down in advance!!! (Since you have to drag them up the stairs)
The pools are cool, you can't kick the kids out, but it's better to follow the doctors' recommendations.
Everything is new in the Spa and it is pleasant to carry out any procedures, the prices are not cheap and not sky-high.

A good boarding house, clean rooms, everything is new. The food is very good, the food is fresh, the dishes are delicious. Helpful staff, everything for the guests, well done, thank them for that. The territory is clean, the Parking lot is large. There is a thermal pool on the territory, the water is as it should be, in different areas of different temperatures, there is not enough cold pool or at least a shower nearby. On the other side of the building there is a freshwater pool, it is also very clean, but you have to go there through the entire territory. The beach has its own, a lot of sun beds, umbrellas, the shore is small pebbles, very pleasant to the feet, minus there is no direct exit from the boarding house, you have to go around through the taxi drivers' parking lot and give a small circle, the beach is not equipped, there is no water for washing your feet. And everywhere there is a huge pack of dogs that run freely both on the beach and on the territory of the boarding house. The boarding house is new, so there are no beautiful trees and flowers yet. I put 4 only for the beach not equipped and dogs walking everywhere. I liked the rest very much, and the staff, and the services, and the food, and the rooms match their price. Special thanks to the employees for their attention and responsiveness.

In general, I liked everything. The kitchen is homemade without frills, everything is delicious. The hotel has 2 swimming pools: thermal and with ordinary water. We were in October, it was very comfortable in the thermal pool. Of the cons:
1. They took a Suite, but did not give bathrobes (apparently they had to ask)
2. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included in the standard set of hygiene products, it is strange.
3. The linen has never been changed in 7 days (probably I should have asked too). Although it is indicated that the change of linen is on the 4th day.
4. The balcony door did not close. It was repaired at the request.
5. The most unpleasant thing is the blankets are stained. The request to replace it was refused.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are stylish, new, clean. The disadvantages are a very slow elevator, there are only 2 of them for such a huge building. A buffet, a lot of food, but you don't have time to take what you want, they sort it out very quickly ((( The biggest minus that spoiled the impression of a vacation is a transfer. The most disgusting transfer. The road from the airport is the hardest. We drove three cars. These are broken-down minibuses, the drivers are driving, and while they were driving, they threw up 2 times. The whole trip from the airport took 14 hours, in both directions. The flight to the plane was at 11.20, and we had to leave the hotel at 1 a.m. The rest was good, but do not take a transfer, it's better to overpay a few thousand for a taxi, but you will save time and health.

A good hotel, friendly staff, you can go to spa treatments for an additional fee, a thermal pool and a freshwater pool.
The food is buffet style, the usual dishes, but everything is delicious. The sea is gorgeous, the water is clear, we saw jellyfish, crabs right under our feet and dolphins not far from the shore.
Gorgeous view of the sea from the window, the sea can be heard on the 16th floor around the clock) But I often had to walk up to this 16th floor, because there are 2 elevators and they are very often crowded)
To admire the magnificent views-rivers, mountains, waterfalls, you need to go on excursions-and you will not regret it!

A great hotel for family holidays and separately. Two outdoor pools, good cuisine and an excellent cafe with national dishes. Near the sea and a very good location, do not get lost when you get there on your own. Clean and comfortable rooms... Minus these are two elevators for such a complex.... Great hotel! The room has everything you need (there is no full-length mirror and a kettle, but I think you can do without it on vacation), there is enough space for everyone in the dining room, the food is delicious (at home), the staff tries to promptly report food and update stocks of clean dishes. There is animation, not Turkish of course, but it will not be boring if you plan to relax positively. The beach is ordinary, there are enough sun beds, the sea is clean. The pools are super! The elevator is crowded at rush hour, but this is not so critical, because you are on vacation and you can walk, and if it's too hard, ask for a lower floor, the guys will pick up at the reception if possible. In the lobby bar, there is always fresh, delicious, not expensive beer from kegs, freshly brewed coffee and other drinks. There is a cafe-restaurant on site, they cook very tasty! Yes, the hotel is located far from the border of Russia and Abkhazia (3 hours by car), but rest in this place will be justified.

SUPER VACATION IN A GREAT HOTEL AND IN FRIENDLY ABKHAZIA!I RECOMMEND IT!
The last time I was in Abkhazia was 15 years ago. And this time Abkhazia was pleasantly surprised. First of all, a great hotel. The only drawback of this hotel is a long bus ride from the border of Abkhazia with the Russian Federation to the hotel - 5 hours and 30 minutes, since there were several circles circling back and forth in Gagra to drop off or collect tourists on the bus. The hotel is beautiful. The settlement is not like in Turkey through blackmail - quickly, as it should be according to the documents. We had a two-room suite 804 on the 8th floor. The windows looked out on different sides of the hotel. It was especially romantic to hear the sound of the sea at night from the hotel room. Everything in the room is new, as the construction of the hotel was completed only in 2023. The food is served three times a day according to the buffet system. The assortment is excellent. The only drawback is that since sweets were not taken out often, people rushed at them like wild and not everyone got it. I immediately remembered Turkey, where there were 5-7 sweets to choose from and there was no such wildness as here. It's nice to eat in the dining room-the Windows overlook the sea, you admire the beauty of Abkhazia. I used to run around the hotel in the mornings. Beautiful territory, 2 swimming pools: one with hydrogen sulfide-flint heated water, the other is said to be seawater. But we preferred to be at sea. From 9.00 it was possible to take umbrellas, rods and put them as convenient. In the first half, there were a lot of people on the beach by the sea. But by lunchtime, many were running away and it was even more comfortable. The animation was normal. Inga was doing exercises on the beach in the morning. Then she organized volleyball or something. In the evening there was karaoke, disco or some kind of game. In the evenings we walked along the shore along the paved road and reached the center of Ochamchara. They fed the hungry dogs. We admired the destroyed buildings (Abkhazia has been recovering for a long time since 1993). We even visited the bottom of the city of Ochamchara: there were Abkhazian dances, songs, even fireworks. From the excursions: we did not book excursions to the Biblio Globus, as they seemed expensive. We were lucky to get to know the Abkhazian Slavik, who took us for free to the Ochamchary market and for a small fee to Sukhumi (monkey house, botanical garden, temples) and to the Chernihiv mountain gorge. The weather pleased us, although the weather forecast showed heavy rains. The tan turned out to be beautiful. By the way, the sea is warm, it was a little worried. In the morning, you could go for a swim without any problems. But it was a pleasure for the children to jump on the waves. I was not very comfortable going into the sea, so I crawled into the sea from the place where I left my flip-flops and immediately sailed into the distance. Buoys are not accepted in Abkhazia.The children and I were completely delighted with the rest. We want to return to this fairy tale more than once!

We are vacationing in Abkhazia for the first time. We are resting now 04.10-11.10.2024. The hotel is just a bomb, it was not so good either in Turkey or in Egypt. The rooms are gorgeous, with a view of the sea at our place. At first they gave the 8th floor with a view of the mountains, but in the morning they asked for a lower floor, since we like to walk, especially since we don't want to wait for the elevator. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a sea view. Therefore, it is better to immediately ask for a lower floor if you plan to walk. The presence of a heated thermal pool is generally useful in the cooler season, the pool overlooking the sea is not heated. The sea is nearby, the food is excellent, everything is very tasty. The only thing for tea is only one type (charlotte or cake). The food was constantly replenished, so it doesn't matter what time you come to eat. Shampoo, gel and soap were reported daily, room cleaning is daily, towels are changed every 4 days. I am ready to rest here always now. The only huge disadvantage for me is the long road, until everyone is taken to all the hotels, our hotel is the last one. And I had to wait at the airport for a 1.5 hour transfer until 4 planes arrived with us on the way...

The hotel is not bad, fresh, the rooms are clean. Cleaning is carried out every day. In the shower there is disposable shampoo, ghoul and toilet paper in abundance. There are two swimming pools on the territory, one with thermal water from the spring. We swam even at 11 degrees. Separately, about the dining room: the food was good, the menu was varied and delicious. They catered to both adults and children. I was in October 2024, the menu included meat and fish, fruits and vegetables, tea, compote, coffee, pastries. The hotel has an animator who entertains both adults and children. I recommend. The only drawbacks are the location, although the buses are comfortable, there were no problems with the transfer. Separate excursions are not expensive and worthy!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ochamchire: We were looking for a sparsely populated resort with amenities, clean sea, fresh fruits, and were aware of the traces of wartime.
If I had written this review a week ago, it would have been more positive. And today there is a feeling that you were "shoved" in an unchildlike way: we booked a room back in mid-July for the end of October, and when we stopped by, we spent a long time trying to get into the room corresponding to the reservation. Everything was fine in the end: the first line, sea view, excellent quality and a range of food in the dining room. But a week later, Biblio Globus lowered prices below the baseboard (almost 10 times cheaper than we bought in July), - a lot of people arrived "from the hungry land", everyone with children is a little less: the buffet is impoverished, and bark beetles even take away bread with gravy whole trays by numbers. On Halloween night, the hotel generally turned into a pioneer camp "Madhouse" - overage kids in quadrober war paint were banging on the doors in the middle of the night shouting "sweet or nasty! ". Thank you, at least they didn't put toothpaste on it!
Today, all the sun loungers on the beach have been removed (if it's cheap, then the "season is closed"). But we didn't pay for the promotion, and now we just watch how people "walk" in full at our expense.
Naturally, we have drawn our own conclusions about the "early booking" in the Biblio Globe. In the future, we will bypass this office. It's a shame

I was in Abkhazia for the first time, and the impressions are very pleasant! The nature is amazing, the people are friendly.
I also liked the Black Sea Pearl Hotel, it's new, the sea is nearby and clean, a shop, cafe, restaurant are within walking distance.
We lived on the 9th floor with a sea view, but we closed the balcony at night, because vacationers godlessly smoke in the neighborhood and the smell goes into the room. By the way, the room has everything you need. Bedside tables, wardrobe, table, refrigerator. On the second day, they asked for a dryer. The bathroom has a shower and a powerful hairdryer. They bring bags of shower gel or shampoo and soap.
We stayed in Ochamchire for a week, during which time we did not change either towels or bed linen. Beach towels and bathrobes were also not seen. We were also glad that we live on the 9th floor, and not on the 16th. It is difficult to wait for an elevator, but there are only two of them. We walked. As a result, the kilograms did not stick, although they just ate a lot.....
Buffet meals, having certain skills, you can get food, the main struggle is for cakes and fruits. Here they go to the lucky ones.
There are two pools, one of them with hot sulfur-silicon water, which comes directly from a source 3 kilometers away. We often swam in this pool and at sea. There are free sun beds and umbrellas at the sea in the morning. Pebbles are great for stimulating the reflexogenic zones of the feet.
Excursions are not bad with Biblioglobus (especially the guide Inal, a young and promising graduate student in history, was remembered. A storehouse of information and a master of communication)
The hotel also has several points of private traders who persistently invite you on an excursion. They took jeeping to the waterfalls. Impressive, especially the road to them!)
I really liked the abandoned ghost towns with thickets of hydrangeas.
But, please, never eat at the Grotto Cafe on Lake Ritsa! Instead of a chicken kebab, they brought five pieces of bones with a small amount of meat.... And I was counting on a repeat of the royal barbecue, as in Dagestan at the famous Yadulla!
But the cafe at the Holy Waterfall is a dump of the head! What kind of khachapuri, boats and pickles are there! Ohhh!
As a result, I would like to say that I will come to Abkhazia again as soon as the airport in Sukhum is opened. Otherwise, it took 7 hours from the moment of landing in Sochi to arrival in Ochamchira. A brutal transfer!

I had a rest from 24.10 to 06.11.2024 with my daughter. I liked the hotel itself, new rooms, good food, excellent pools, the territory is being landscaped. Of the cons... you have to go to the beach through the parking lot with taxi drivers and fruit vendors and other things, besides them there are other local men who do not understand why they come there. Then all these men who have nothing to do freely enter the hotel territory, every evening several dozen local people of different ages enter the hotel territory, but mostly young people about 20 years old, security guards let everyone through unhindered, they fill the lobby, cafes and in the evening it is unsafe to enter the territory, because locals stick and create conflict situations. Everything is fine in the hotel, except for security. Therefore, there is no desire to get here again.

I liked the hotel, yes, there were small waits for an elevator, glasses, but these are all household trifles. The weather was great, the sea was fresh. I didn't visit the pool, the sea is better. The food is good, the food is delicious. The rooms were cleaned every day, but we didn't litter either. We went to the waterfalls in Chernihiv, then the hot spring, and were satisfied. The road is a little tiring, or rather the time, almost 6 hours from Sochi. But if you drive in a good mood and on the positive side, then everything is fine. Ask me if you liked it, I'll say Yes. Everything is clean on the territory, but a huge minus is the local "beau monde", which arranges parties at the hotel. And there is no justice for them., which greatly hinders vacationers for a comfortable stay. The on-site cafe has everything, excellent staff. It took 7 hours to get from Sochi airport... You will be taken away from the hotel 10 hours before departure. So we left there by taxi on our own. If the management does not change anything, then this hotel will remain for the rest of the "pension fund". To go for a walk is only the embankment. It is delicious to eat at this cafe, "dolphin" by taxi for 20 minutes.The prices in restaurants and cafes made us very happy. There are 2 swimming pools on site, a thermal pool and a bleach pool. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but there is a sediment due to the local "beau monde" and their behavior.

The advantages are a swimming pool with thermal water, proximity to the sea (first line), an embankment and the sun, unfortunately - that's all.
Cons -the territory is bare, having such a variety of plants - they are practically absent on the territory of the hotel.
A minimum of entertainment for children - if there were at least a small children's area, it would attract tourists with children -immediately children are forced to entertain themselves -and of the available entertainment -running along the hall on the ground floor.
The food is the worst I 've ever seen . There were days (we rested for 7 days) when there was nothing left for breakfast except pasta and a very unappetizing-looking omelet. There are not enough dishes and cutlery (for mugs and glasses you need to stand in line for more than one minute, teaspoons are not provided at all in this hotel)....
I really hope that at least one person interested in the development of the hotel and the growth of the number of vacationers will read the review - CHANGE the COOK staff.
Rooms - for three, to clean our family room, which was located opposite the reception area - I had to ask for 2 days !
Again, about the room - the family room implies vacationers with children , and there are ice tiles on the floor .
When planning a family vacation at this hotel, you need to be prepared that in a day, noisy discos will probably be held under the doors of your room - that is, you will have to forget about putting the children to sleep according to the regime. By the way, a crowd of local taxi drivers and just fans of visitors can easily get to all discos .
This is not the first hotel in Abkhazia in which we rested - there is something to compare it with , it is unclear why there are guards at the entrance , if the local entrance is free.
The animator, according to the framework of this institution, is not bad , but her equipment is so outdated, I would like to sincerely wish that she would be given a new one, otherwise, from what she is trying to speak into the microphone, only noises and bursts can be heard.
In general , I can write a lot , but I don 't want to !
A repeat vacation of our family in this institution is unlikely to happen .

Excursions on the beach or from Biblio Global in the lobby. We went to the Ritz, I really liked it. The store is nearby, but there is a little further with a more delicious tarragon. The local market is sparse, but spices and fruits can be bought. I really liked the food: fruit for dessert and tea- but you need to stand in line. Sometimes there are not enough dishes. The hot is always varied: mashed peas, beans, fried chicken, chakhokhbili, gravies, cutlets are all very tasty. Lightly salted cucumbers are delicious. Tea, coffee, a little meager for breakfast, but everything is delicious. Also a big plus is the presence of a swimming pool with thermal healing water. Before using, go through a therapist for free. The expectation of price and quality was very pleasing. There are treatments - I visited a massage and a therapeutic bath, I really liked it. There was a lot of foam in the bathroom, it was cool. Animator Inga conducted interactive activities, games, exercises, it was fun and interesting. In general, we are delighted with the trip, there are many impressions and memories. And if the level of prices and service remains the same, we will definitely return more than once!

Apparently this is a national trait .It is not clear what the local population lives on. More precisely, they don't honestly say. The elderly are retired from Russia. Electricity is being fired around the clock. Probably for free. The disadvantage is that it is 170 km from the border. There are minibuses to Sukhumi. Tourists are picked up from the hotel 8-10 hours before departure. There are traffic jams at the border. Travel packages are available only through Biblio Globus. The hotel has a closed parking lot. There is no green zone. But there are two pools. The beach is 50 meters away. The beach is pebbly, I advise you to take slippers. The water is great, but after a storm it gets muddy. The best season is the end of August- September.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is delicious, there is enough food, you will definitely not stay hungry. The hotel staff is polite, cultured, and tidy. The territory is being developed. I ordered a ticket through a travel agency with a transfer from the airport. I got only positive impressions from my vacation at the Black Sea Pearl!
From the negative: people with poor cultural traditions and low intelligence (putting a mountain of pancakes for their offspring, abundantly watering this mountain with condensed milk. The offspring carry it, dripping dry from the plate to the floor, then eat a couple at most. The rest is given up with a plate. Fat women drinking while eating and turning on music on their phone.
Impressions from the hotel, from the hotel staff, from local residents living near the hotel are only positive. Let's see what happens next with the development of tourism in Ochamchire.

Great place! Caring staff, delicious food, fresh room decoration, pressurized and hot water, faucets are new, working, rooms are cleaned, the Internet is flying, sun beds / umbrellas by the sea, there are enough pools, two pools, fresh with sea views, another thermal and in winter you will not stay without swimming. A sixteen-storey building right on the edge of the sea, the sound of waves could be heard on the eleventh floor, sunsets right on your balcony, the sea is clean, because it is far from the border and popular places. The evening party is represented by tiny, a la homemade cafes, the restaurant building was completed on the territory, walks along the embankment, past authentic houses, overgrown-abandoned, but also new-made in places. The transfer is long, but it's beautiful to go- more often along the sea, mountains, mountain rivers, lush greenery, cows on the road, as an excursion. But rotovitus did not meet, and so be it in those places.. Ugh, ugh, ugh, I still want to come. In the lobby, you can directly buy excursions to any corner of Abkhazia, the girls will offer everything, explain in detail, remind, warn, and conduct. The hotel is not bad, but there are significant drawbacks.
The advantages include:
* close location to the sea (you can walk);
* The air conditioning in the room works perfectly;
* beautiful sea view from the standard rooms;
* comfortable mattresses;
* a varied diet.
However, there are also disadvantages:
* an unpleasant incident during check-in. The man who arranged the check-in informed us that a fee had been introduced for stateless tourists. After payment, we were promised to be given a document that "must be presented at the border." But at the border we were told that this piece of paper has no value. Although the amount of the fee is small (200 rubles per person), this incident left an unpleasant aftertaste.
In general about the hotel:
Elevators are a big problem. There are only two elevators on 16 floors, and this causes constant queues. Several times we had to walk up to the 15th floor.
The rooms lack amenities: there are no sockets by the bed and no toilet paper holder. There is a weak water pressure in the shower, the rain shower is clogged, and half of the holes simply do not release water.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Upon check-in, the room was dirty, and during the week of our stay, we never had towels and bed linen replaced. Cleaning was reduced to taking out garbage and refueling an already made-up bed.
The food at the hotel was more or less monotonous, but edible. Of course, there are questions about quality. Twice we took the salad "Herring under a fur coat", and both times it was spoiled.
Apart from the queues for food and fights over watermelon and desserts, on the whole we can say that the stay at the hotel was tolerable.
As for the beach, which is within walking distance, there are not enough umbrellas for everyone. To get the coveted beach umbrella, you need to get up at 7 a.m. and wait in line. We went on vacation from June 18 to 23, 2024 to the Black Sea Pearl Hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay. A clean, bright room on the 11th floor with a breathtaking sea view! Friendly staff, ready to help with everything. Three meals a day is a separate fat plus! The food is very varied and delicious: several types of meat dishes, 2-3 salads, vegetables, fruits, 2 types of porridge, soups and desserts. In general, it's cool!
The beach is right in front of the hotel. We chose this town because there are few tourists here. And the beach line stretches for hundreds of meters. It's a long way to go here, but it was worth it.
There are two pools, one of them with thermal water. There are also spa services, but we didn't even take advantage of the free bonus hike to the salt cave, we preferred the beach)) Excursions can be purchased both at the hotel and at the hotel from private guides (find out the prices). There is a cafe with a terrace 200 meters away. There is also a grocery store behind the hotel. There is nothing to see in the city, there are a lot of abandoned houses. We went to Sukhum by minibus, which goes every half hour directly from the hotel.

Not bad, there is everything you need for a carefree holiday. The sea is 50 meters away, a pool with ordinary water and a pool with water from a thermal spring. We are glad that we got here! The hotel impressed! everything is new, great delicious cuisine!always friendly staff,clean rooms, Wi-Fi is even on the beach, the territory is still under construction but it does not bother, there are places to go on excursions (waterfalls, caves, church)there is a thermal spring behind the settlement, the hotel also has a double pool with silicon water! Of the five hotels in Abkhazia that we visited this fall, we liked the Pearl the most, there are still nominees, so only 4 stars. Advantages location, rooms, thermal and conventional pools, SPA, beach. And the disadvantages are the elevator (2 for such a bunch of people, very few), the catering is weak. The hotel has been open for the second year, and the territory is covered with rocks, potholes, and zero greenery. I didn't like that there are a lot of locals in the cafe on the territory. From the negative, I will say the only thing-the road from the airport to the hotel is very, very long 6-7 hours on narrow roads and serpentines in a bus with numerous stops at hotels of other tourists ... I am very tired! Impressions from the hotel, from the hotel staff, from the locals living near the hotel are only positive. The main thing is that all the staff is at the development stage, the hotel is young, it has only been put into operation for a year, I really liked it, they strive to become better and provide excellent service corresponding to such hotels, let's see what happens next, with the development of tourism in Ochamchire.
There was a very unpleasant incident early in the morning at 3 o'clock, when I was sleeping sweetly in my room, the fire alarm went off, everyone ran out into the corridor the elevator was not working, and I was on the 14th floor!!! It was something terrible, they went down the stairs to the 3rd floor (there are a lot of families with children and elderly couples), they said a false alarm, someone smoked in the room!! We rested in this beautiful place in July 2024. I must admit, I was skeptical about my vacation in Abkhazia. I was in Gagra about 15 years ago. I am pleasantly surprised by the conditions! However, to get to know Ochamchira, I had to drive 7 hours from Sochi airport. However, they took it as an excursion trip. Thanks to the driver of our transfer - a cheerful, friendly man, accompanied our journey with witty comments. It's a pity they didn't find out his name. And in general, all the Abkhazians we met this week were smiling and friendly.
About the hotel. The Black Sea pearl. It has been working since last year. Everything is new, beautiful, modern, clean. A lounge with soft, comfortable sofas. A bar, water in a cooler, a corner for drawing or board games with a table, chairs, pencils, paper. 2 beautiful mirrored elevators. It's not enough for a hotel of 16 floors. Our suite is on the 14th floor overlooking the surf. A fairy tale! Comfortable large beds. A cot was added to our baby. They put it next to my mother. Very convenient. The child is used to sleeping in a separate bed. 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms - shower cabin and Jacuzzi. The dryer was placed on the balcony. Air conditioners. I didn't have to use it - I was lucky with the weather. 25-27 degrees. The room is cool.
The food is a buffet restaurant. Great homemade food. With a sufficient selection of dishes. Everyone was pleased - 3 adults, a teenager and a two-year-old child. The cleanliness in the dining room is amazing. Employees are almost invisible, and reading dishes are available, food is added and updated as if by itself.
There is a cafe with a small menu on site. It is suitable for evening and daytime recreation by company and for individuals. And for children - French fries, sandwiches, ice cream.
There are two pools - one with hot mineral water, the second is a regular one. We swam with the whole family in the evening.
Spa treatments. In sufficient quantity and reasonable prices. We didn't use it. People praised it.
The beach is clean 10 meters from the hotel porch!
Sun beds, umbrellas in large quantities are free of charge. I didn't have to borrow. There are many of them. Riding a jet ski, banana, trampoline on the water, a children's bouncy castle for kids.
The sea is clear, slightly agitated, the beach is pebbly.
There is animation. In the morning - exercises on the beach, creative activities for children on the beach. In the evening there are contests, games for children and adults. Disco and karaoke. I slept well at night, no one disturbed me. Maybe the 14th floor is because?
Excursions are available on site and on the beach. We also enjoyed using several of them. Here, a small note - the cost of services changes up every 10-20 minutes. Be firm and attentive. These are the guides outside the hotel.
There is no greenery on the territory of the hotel yet. Palm trees were planted, apparently, last year. The cleanliness of the territory is perfect everywhere. Including toilets. In a week, none of us have caught rotavirus or even heard about it.
The reception is staffed by friendly, courteous staff. We talked with them with pleasure.
Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel! For the sake of this comfort, it was worth the long journey.
These were the advantages. Now the cons. There are almost no shops and stalls with resort chips around the hotel and on the territory. Such as swimsuits, suntan products, souvenirs, fresh, ice cream, corn, beer, fish, barbecue.
However, it is necessary to recall the outdoor cafe closest to the hotel. A wonderful barbecue. Thanks to the kebab maker. There is no assortment. Only 2 cafes were noticed. There was no food in one at all. Just beer.
There is also no pharmacy within walking distance.
There is only one changing booth on the beach. There is no toilet. And a shower to wash off the sea salt. There is no beach cafe.
There is no ATM and no online payment.
We were able to come to terms with these small shortcomings. And we just dream of visiting here again! We hope that everything will be fine by next season.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Wonderful staff, nice building after major renovation. The rooms have everything you need, regular cleaning, change of towels every four days. There are not enough two elevators for the entire building at a time when everyone is going to eat. Nice clean beach with cute dogs that we fed every day. Thanks to the staff of the canteen for turning a blind eye to the fact that people take out food for dogs. They are beautiful.
The hotel is calm and pleasant at the same time fun, if in one word it is wonderful.
The only drawback is a very long road from Sochi airport. We arrived in Sochi at 16:00 and we found ourselves in the hotel at 23:30
