There was a need to add information to your review: today at lunch in this cafe I tried an amazing dish - potato duchess. I recommend going here for lunch, they are not lazy to diversify the menu.

We visit a cafe with colleagues at lunch. We really like: the menu is varied, there are a lot of meat dishes, especially delicious beef, pork chops, chicken thighs. Several types of side dishes, soups, soup. Lately, sometimes we indulge ourselves with dessert. Cool, just homemade anthill, carrot cake. There are always a lot of people at lunch, the cafe staff try to serve quickly, they will advise something. Definitely recommend it!

A very pleasant, warm cafe. The atmosphere is inviting. You can eat very tasty food. Borscht is a fire. My son liked the dumplings and pancakes. We went with my wife in two (without a child). I visited this beautiful place today and will never come here again. There is one price written in the menu, and another one as a result of the receipt. All questions to the administrator are answered only by mumbling and unintelligible. Is someone to blame, did they not finish something in the program? Some of the equipment is difficult to work with. Why outweigh your problems on the visitor? If something is not on the menu, then you need to say so and not bring leftovers and mumble under your breath, sorry, just like that and all that... Today I absolutely accidentally found myself in the Belinsky district, I needed to have a cup of coffee, looked inside and was so hooked by the warmth and comfort of the atmosphere that I had to stay for lunch. The waiter is a girl on the level, they cooked quickly, all the products are absolutely fresh, the prices are adequate. I came out with inner warmth, thank you!!

I read the reviews and didn't want to go. But I got hungry, it's cold outside, and Black velvet is nearby, I went in. Quiet, empty, calm music. They brought excellent mulled wine, excellent cheesecake, and chicken in a pot pretty quickly. A good place to sit out the bad weather and have dinner! They were served quickly and politely, but unobtrusively :) And some other toys on the window, apparently a family cafe.

The atmosphere is not bad. But: The order was waited 4 times longer than the waitress said. At the same time, no one warned about this. The irony is that the institution has a clock that says "time is money." After 30 minutes of waiting for the dish, the waitress apologized, but probably it should have been done when the dish was not delivered at the promised time, and not after 30 minutes:
There were no napkins on the table. It's a small thing, but that's exactly how the service is evaluated. I didn't like the pot of potatoes and pork. The dish was a little dry and lacked sauce, salt and spices. It turned out to be a rather bland dish. The dish is not doomed, but it needs to be worked on.
When the waitress apologized for the long wait for food and went into the kitchen, we heard very loud laughter in the kitchen. This is very surprising: how can you apologize and understand that people wait 30 minutes for food, and after 20 seconds laugh in the kitchen. It was most unpleasant for me to realize that they don't think about returning customers here.
Meatball soup: meatballs seem to be on the verge. They soften in the mouth like bread, while having an unpleasant taste. The broth is delicious, but it tastes very similar to a piece of Galino Blanca.
Music from the kitchen periodically interrupts the music in the hall. This is also annoying.
It feels like you're in a home cafeteria.
Result. I wasn't trying to humiliate the institution. I want you to prosper, and for that you need to be aware of your disadvantages. I don't have time to write about everything that I didn't like, but I hope that this review is enough for you to review the quality of the food, responsibility for the delivery time, and service.
You still have a lot of work to do and I hope that you will follow this path.
I probably won't be coming back here.

1. An old dirty mat at the entrance.
2. There is no working time on the door itself, it is dark outside the door. It feels like the place is closed. The entrance group itself is unkempt and dusty. The pillar is broken and needs to be replaced. There was already a clean-up, why didn't you have time? Cleanliness is not a new sign to order, it is not expensive.
3. I was in the morning, the light in the hall is turned on at three points. I.e. it is dark inside. The feeling that the place is not working.
4. Dirty windows are also conspicuous. I understand that this has nothing to do with food itself. But this is a service. Carefully read the book "Clients for life".
5. There was a customer sitting at the bar, I took him for an employee. That is, with an empty hall, there was not a single employee at the bar. It's a small thing, but it's unclear.
6. Replace the toilet handle. It is supported by three screws.
7. The order was completed quickly.

We ordered rice with vegetables and pork in sweet and sour sauce according to the lunch menu. They brought dry porridge, presumably made of rice, since it was impossible to see any individual rice. Carrot and bell pepper crumbs were called vegetables. Small pieces of pork with fat on the sides and water with tomato paste disappointed. The ordered currant tea turned out to be black tea with a spoonful of currant jam with whole berries, you could drink it without choking by making a filter out of your teeth)
The service and the interior are nice, but I won't be coming back here anymore.
