I don't recommend it. The delivery is very long, about 2 weeks. This is when choosing delivery by EMS. Managers talk very rudely on the phone. We will not contact this company anymore.
Moreover, at the time when I clarified about sending the parcel yesterday on November 13 in the afternoon and the day before yesterday, he assured me that it had been sent. The track number was not given. And, as it turned out, it was sent only last night at 7.30 pm.

I made an order on the website a week ago. I received an SMS notification that the order can be picked up. I've arrived. They tell me, only in cash. We will inform you about this by phone. You can use the erip. I was late. My husband and I have the same application (yes, it happens). He was busy and couldn't help. I asked to pay within an hour, picking up the order. I was told no (payment for my order is 6 rubles)
I returned for the order a week later. The staff searched for him for about five minutes, discussing me and the situation that happened earlier, without hesitating in their voices.
I understand them as people, but you are at work and performing duties, moreover, you provide the face of the company.
