We booked this accommodation as the first one upon arrival in Abrahasia. I wrote in advance that we would arrive in the evening at Tweel and whatsapp - the messages were read, but without an answer. When we arrived with the child at 9 pm to the guest house, we were told our room was flooded, spend the night in the next house, I will check you in in the morning - as a result, in the morning we were told that there were no rooms and there would be no more and do not call. I waited three months for a refund from Twill.

We booked a room, came to check in, we were told that we had not been reached and the reservation was canceled. They called a second time to clarify, maybe there was some mistake or they made a mistake, but no one answered the second call. The prepayment was made officially via a Twill booking. I had to look for another place to live at one o'clock in the morning…
