I would like to express my deep gratitude to the company "Close people" for their professionalism, humanity and attention to the most difficult situations! My grandmother, who is 87 years old, was lying down after a severe fracture of the femoral neck. We, as relatives, could not provide her with full-fledged care due to work and other obligations. We contacted "Close people", and it became the best solution!
The nurse they picked up for us is a true professional in her field. She not only professionally performed all medical procedures (bandages, decubitus prevention, medication), but also surrounded her grandmother with warmth and care. Every day, she found time to talk to her, support her mentally, read books, or just talk. Thanks to this, Grandma did not feel lonely, and her mood and well-being gradually improved.
I would especially like to note that the nurse was always in touch with us, promptly informed us of any changes in my grandmother's condition and gave recommendations. We felt that she was really worried about our loved one and was doing everything possible for her comfort.
