I go to Bloom Eatery from time to time, and the place is always happy. Very cozy atmosphere, stylish interior and friendly staff. The kitchen is on the level: the dishes are delicious, the portions are large, I especially liked the Pavlova dessert. The service is always attentive and friendly, which is nice.
Prices, of course, are above average, and paid water may confuse someone, but overall impressions remain positive. A great place for meetings and a relaxing evening. I recommend it!

I had a business meeting today. Bloom was chosen to host it. My guest had an allergy and he asked from the menu to cook vegetables not on the grill, but, in an exceptional case, steamed.
The waiter replied that: "we don't do that" and refused to accept the order, the Administrator was invited (a blonde girl), she began a story that the waiters and the kitchen team work in tandem and they have their own agreements that they cook only the menu and also refused to cook the position from the menu "vegetables grilled," but, at our request, steamed.
The hall was practically empty, there was obviously no loading in the kitchen.
Why do you enter a menu from a nutritionist and use the topic of healthy eating in every possible way, spend your marketing budget and effort on it, if you cannot respond to such a simple request and go to a meeting with your regular guest?
We made this request to your colleagues at Brioche and they immediately and cordially agreed to cook their position from the menu of grilled vegetables, as an exception for steaming.

I didn't like the place from the word at all. We came with a friend to eat and chat. We randomly chose a table near the smoking room. At first we were upset (we don't smoke), then we realized that it would be even worse in the hall, because the music there is so loud that the conversation would not work.
We took a green salad (everything in it was very fresh, but even this fact did not justify the price tag, I did not find anything original or at least a little unusual there) and a burger (it remained a little unfinished even if there was severe hunger at the entrance to the institution).

О плюсах:
1)Официант (Александр) - знаток своего дела, разбирается в вине, помог сориентироваться в блюдах, рекомендации давал замечательные, всегда обслуживал быстро и четко.
2) Кухня - прекрасная. Все вкусно, эстетично, гармонично, быстро.
Минусы:
1) вода в заведении платная и недешевая, причем, об этом мы узнали в конце при оплате;
2) когда предлагают долить вино, порция выходит меньше, чем когда его наливают в чистый бокал. Мы сделали замечание, ситуацию не исправили.
3) дискотечного типа музыка в дневное время, достаточно громкая;
4) персонал говорит по-английски на уровне А2, достаточно, чтобы принять заказ, недостаточно, чтобы проконсультировать по блюдам и напиткам.
5) стол, который мы захотели, был без таблички "reserved", но нам сказали, что мы можем взять его на 2 часа. Через 2.5 часа нас вежливо выгнали за барную стойку. Вроде и объективно, но в заведении с чеком выше среднего неприятно.
Итог: ожидания были выше, если хотите поужинать в хорошем месте в приятной обстановке, советую выбрать другое заведение.

The restaurant that we went to regularly, and were always satisfied with the service, unfortunately upset us today. I hope the restaurant's policy regarding such situations will change.
Leaving 300-400 rubles for dinner for two, you expect a different approach.

First, the hall was all empty, I attach a photo, the girl at the entrance says that you can not sit in a more free place, since I am 178 cm man 210 cm, we banally rest our feet against each other on a small single table, but there is no "everything is booked" quote, for 60 minutes in the "reserved seats" no one he did not come, although we warned in advance that we would not sit, but eat. Secondly, we did not order 3 items each, we ordered the second and lemonades. According to the lemonades, the waiter was asked twice if it was sour, it was said no, there was no lemonade, raspberries with something and mango pineapple, surprisingly one was sourer than the other. The second blues were brought within 20 minutes, the steak was rib eye made of terrible cheap meat, a lot of fat, terrible heartburn was after, a fat minus, I had a fish cutlet, with some kind of "special salad" of vegetables that the waiter promised. In fact, there was an average good fish cutlet with ordinary cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, by the way, the onion was bitter. We were very hungry and ate everything, as a result, a lot of hyperbolic ideas about the dishes, with a good serving, there are no questions about the service, the young man was attentive and pleasant. We didn't stay for dessert after the second one, the impression is spoiled, I also attach photos of food including the same salad. The cost of this dinner is 298 rubles.

Поход в это место из разряда выйти в "большие люди" сказала бы пафосное, но и это уже не так. Очень красивое внутри с живыми растениями и красивым интерьером. В красивом месте. К сожалению официанты при небольшой загруженности идут к вам очень долго. И самое разочарование это кухня, дорого и не вкусно. Равиоли, паста с морепродуктами, и многое другое и попроьованых, то что скажем так на очень большого любителя. Но лично я люблю просто вкусную еду. И не единое из попроьованых блюд за долгое время я не отнесла к списку "восторг". Поэтому больше туда решила не ходить. А так жаль.

03/19/2024 we had breakfast with 2 friends in this place. It so happened that we ordered the same dish "Benedict" - that's such a coincidence, but with different flavors: caviar, fish and bacon.
12 hours after breakfast, all three of them had a fever, specifically mine to 40.7 degrees, vomiting and diarrhea opened up - another cool coincidence.
A day later, I was hospitalized, tests were taken and it turned out that I was infected with a dangerous bacterium - Salmonella and, as a result, acute bacterial gastroenteritis of moderate severity, Salmonellosis. Who does not know, if you do not catch yourself in time, you can play in the box. Friends were less lucky, they were ill at home with the same symptoms, surrounded by 2-year-old children.
But this is not the most important thing, the owner of the establishment impressed me the most: instead of at least an apology, the first thing I heard was a claim!, because I shared this entertaining story on my instagram and secondly, he said that he was not going to wait for me here all day, so I have to report when I'm going to report to the institution.
I would like to say that the executive director of the institution is a very diligent woman, she apologized very much, told about "the importance of faith in Bloom, the reputation that develops over the years, about the human," but that's bad luck, it's banal to find out how 2 other guests are there, who also got hurt here by humanity, strength, faith and reputation, apparently not It was enough.
For some reason, the hospital decided precisely in my case not to spoil the statistics and not to react with lightning speed, as it should in such situations, and epidemiology conducted an inspection only after almost 2 weeks, after my personal appeal, and naturally, it is unlikely that something will already be found there, but there is a state control on them.
I give a big human greeting to Alexander and express my sincere hopes that my rils about this institution will fly, and if not, then the targetologist will help his target audience and he will eventually understand that with his 2 phrases he showed everyone who he is in life.

Замечательное место. Хостес при входе сразу открывает вам двери это приятно. Атмосфера приятная .От официантов чувствуется их забота и то как они стараются создать вам приятное время проведения . Еда вкусная и при полной посадке готовят достаточно быстро(я когда посетила их была полная посадка). Все было замечательно но все таки есть один не дачет. Это столики .При входе стоят два столика возле зеркала и у них деревянные стулья. В то время как в основном зале у всех мягкие сидения. Так как была полная посадка мне достался столик с деревянным стулом. И засечь этого я чувствовала себя не комфортно. Получается ты сидишь в коридоре на деревянном стуле ешь и смотришь на других гостей которые уютно отдыхают на мягких креслах в более комфортных условиях. Такое ощущение что я зашла в самолет и сидела в эконом классе хотя заплатила за бизнес-класс.

Заведение на высшем уровне. Начиная с атмосферы и персонала, и, заканчивая блюдами и напитками. Ресторан не из дешевых, но оно того стоит. Администратор и официанты очень вежливые, максимально к себе располагающие. Приятно, что внимательно слушают и слышат предпочтения и, в случаи чего предложат достойную замену. Кушали там рыбу и пасту из море продуктов. Вкусно безумно. Вино хорошее. Музыка приятная. Заведение небольшое и, как я поняла, пользуется большой популярностью, все столы были заняты. Бронируйте заранее. 10 из 10. Советую)
