The device in the office was not necessary, I ask you what else you will go for the device, the specialist says follow me, as a result, I stood eating under some kind of office))) then she began to roll out of it, I asked how long the procedure lasts)) she said 40 min)) in order for me to get out at 17.00 as planned, it's very funny, but when I called the clinic itself to make an appointment for this miracle procedure, they said 1 hour)))) in the end, I said nothing to do and went to the director, there is generally a miracle director, says we all understand make an appointment for another day convenient for you))))) I ask, and today, in your opinion, I signed up on a day that was not convenient for me)))) to which I replied to her, if a client was late in front of me, you could not take him, if you see that the next record is at 16.00, I think if other clients are more than 5 minutes late, you need to overwrite them, and not the other one who came in time..... to which the director said, well, I'm sorry and that's it, you know, that's it)))) it's a nightmare, I pay for the procedure, I didn't come for free, one procedure costs 1/4 of the monthly salary in Belarus, a normal clinic would offer a discount or some other privileges, and not just well, correspond))) when I leave, I say I will write a complaint, to which the director replied well))))) the service is just at zero, everyone walks like I've been to the village, where the services are free, and also at a 5-star hotel, this is of course terrible, but I'll also write in the complaint book at the clinic itself , since there was no time anymore
