A wonderful little hotel, located 5 minutes from Galata Tower and Shushan metro station, in a quiet side street. I really liked the location. The room is clean and beautiful, the bed is comfortable, lots of hangers in the closet, kettle and refrigerator in the room, friendly staff. Before visiting this hotel, I read negative reviews about it, but obviously some people expect an inexpensive triple of service and views from the grand palace. It's a very decent hotel with its own stars.

A very pleasant hotel. The room is small, yes, but the bed is very comfortable. The shower was working properly. Warm water constantly. No leaks. The room is always clean. They cleaned every day, and surprisingly for Istanbul, the floors were also washed under the bed. Towels were changed or reported daily. I'll note the smell in the room. The unobtrusive and very pleasant smell of a clean room. The window looked out onto a narrow street, of course, you can't see any scenery, but it's natural in this area. Heating with split system. The staff is responsive, unobtrusive, and will help as much as needed without irritation and with a smile. The location is close to the Galata Tower, the metro is nearby, Shok and Migros shops are also nearby.
