I've been working in the studio for six months.
Very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The coaches are masters of their craft, they will intelligently tell and explain what to do and how to do it. A huge advantage of training in the studio is that my back has completely stopped hurting, which bothered me constantly, especially after giving birth. Thanks to Coach Lera.

It is very pleasant when you come to your gym, you are greeted by smiling and positive receptionists. There is water, napkins, and slippers in the wardrobe. It's great that you think about all your customers. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Many thanks to coach Ekaterina Piskunova!!!! She always tells and shows everything in an accessible way, helps. Convenient location, trainers like everyone I went to 👍 As for the studio itself, I was pleasantly surprised that there is everything for personal hygiene (starting from napkins and ending with deodorant). There is a discount system for renewal of the subscription, which is always nice)

I went to the gym for individual training for six months. At the last individual training session, the administrator bursts into the gym, turns on the vacuum cleaner and starts cleaning. I consider this disrespectful to the client. I come to the gym not only for training, but for comfort, a psychologically calm environment. The day was ruined. The attitude towards the studio is negative

Very cozy studio: spacious, bright, clean. Convenient location in the city center. Always friendly and warm atmosphere. Polite administrators.
I've been going to oriental dance since October after a long break. It's a big plus that classes appeared on Saturdays, because it doesn't work on other days. And it's cool that different directions take place both in the morning and in the evening, everyone will find what they like) And the coaches are real pros who are burning with their work!

Our acquaintance with the Body Balance studio began relatively recently. When I came to the trial class, I was greeted with a smile, respect and care. I chose the "stretching" direction for myself and was not mistaken. Our coach is Olga. She is a very sensitive and talented teacher who is attentive to each participant of the training and finds an individual approach to everyone. Her words of support are always very pleasant and set you up to achieve great results, strengthen your faith in yourself, your abilities, and body strength. I am very glad that I got into this studio, where the administrators are friendly, and the doors to a clean, neat hall equipped with everything necessary for classes are open.

I chose the Body Balance studio for classes. Convenient location in the city center, suitable for me in the evening. A cozy and comfortable hall. A very professional and attentive coach who will approach everyone and help with the correct performance of an exercise. I haven't been visiting the studio for too long, but I really like everything. The body hums after classes, of course...but the fatigue is pleasant and not at all exhausting. There is more strength and energy. I think after a couple of months of classes and body changes will please.

I started studying quite recently in this studio. But after a couple of classes, I have formed a definite opinion. First of all, I really like the studio's color scheme. Everything is in pastel soothing tones that are relaxing. I chose the oriental dance direction. I really liked the teachers. Sociable, charismatic, endearing girls who help you get out of your comfort zone, relax and give your body to dance. I hope that I will try other directions in the future)

I couldn't bring myself to exercise for a long time, because I don't like to die in training, until I wandered into body balance. There is a completely different attitude to fitness, first of all through self-love.
First, I took a free subscription to try different directions, at the same time to determine the schedule, which would be more convenient.
That's why I tried stretching, Pilates, and yoga. And in the end I stopped ... on oriental dance (that's what I didn't think about at all)
