I always go here, master Oksana cuts hair perfectly in the men's room, the rest would do well to take courses, there is no concept of haircuts at all, but they charge the same amount for 15 rubles, this master is heaven and earth compared to the rest.
I recommend Oksana, the rest don't know what they're doing there or who hired them.

The staff is fussy, the hair is cut perfectly and the price is normal. Almost always, when I go there, new equipment appears there. Then the scissors are new, then the clipper. Not significant changes, but nice
