She visited the clinic twice a week for a month, therapeutic massage (Olga Nikolaevna) and manual therapy and acupuncture (Dr. Oleg Anatolyevich Mikhailov).
The massage is professional, Olga Nikolaevna listens sensitively to requests and adjusts the massage program.
It didn't work out with acupuncture. The doctor immediately said that if there is no positive dynamics in 1-2 sessions, it is useless to continue.
The magic didn't happen. There was temporary relief, but it did not take hold.
But now I know much better where exactly and how exactly my back hurts. But I don't know the reasons (except for psychosomatics).
The doctor doesn't ask anything much, doesn't explain anything. He forgets the patient between sessions and does not look through his notes in advance — every time he offered me a massage bed, although it was painful for me on it for the first time. It seemed to me that he started seriously studying with me only on the third time, when it turned out that the dynamics were negative. Before that, there was a standard set of procedures.
I cannot evaluate Oleg Anatolyevich objectively, because this is only my personal experience and my sore back. I am very sorry that it was not possible to achieve the effect, and I understand that there are objective reasons for this. Probably)
I want to add: the clinic has its own free parking under the barrier, which is very convenient, because the area is office, there are always a lot of cars everywhere.

And then you get to the doctor, who in my case turned out to be a professional of the highest level, because after visiting the orthopedic traumatologist-chiropractor Anton Olegovich Mikhailov, the most pleasant impressions remained. She treated with pain in the outside of her thigh. Believing that this was how arthrosis of the 1st degree or congenital hip dysplasia manifested itself. The doctor very accurately determined that acute pulsating radiating pain is caused by the torsion of the pelvis, which was formed as a result of tension of the square muscle. After a short period of tolerable manipulation, the pain almost immediately receded. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the doctor, who considered the body as a whole from both the orthopedist and the chiropractor. The doctor is very sociable, friendly, witty and responsive, does not cough up difficult diagnoses and sad prospects from the threshold, while in detail and scrupulously unwinding a tangle of bodily disorders. Mediocre withdrawal of money :) . The level of competence is for the simplest cases, when it is quite useful to just mash the muscles.
I applied with a specific diagnosis - rotation of the 7th vertebra. It was hosted by Oleg Anatolyevich Mikhailov. At first, he was sarcastically interested in where the diagnosis came from, then he recognized it and agreed. He told me about a massage table for * twelve thousand, then he massaged minimally and took up a massage gun :))) And I put it on the applicator for 15 minutes. Thanks, I can do that at home. Specifically, in the essence of the problem itself, the doctor tried something, but unfortunately was not aware that when placing the vertebra in place, the turn should be against rotation, and not in its direction. Thank you for not hurting me even more, I'm lucky.
In most other massage parlors, all the muscles of the desired areas will be worked out with handles in 30-40 minutes. And here they worked with me for 10-15 minutes, the rest was a pistol, an applicator, a talker and the appointment of a dozen sessions. Which do not guarantee at all and do not even aim to solve the main problem, but supposedly help with others sucked out of the finger. This is all at a price for a massage 2-3 times more expensive than the average in the city.
The problem I came with has not been removed. I quote: perhaps it is necessary as compensation for some other problem... In the end, he also poked something in the trail.
Conclusion: Soviet education and nothing above, show-offs, poorly covered boorishness and self-confidence. Massage is completely at the level of 15 minutes in the state clinic.
The rotation, by the way, was removed without problems in one session a month later in another place and in another country. And the initial diagnosis was confirmed by CT scan.
PS I'm sorry that the review is so long delayed, but for me it looks more like a scam than a solution to patients' problems, Mr. Mikhailov.
I emphasize that all the assessments described above are solely personal opinions based on experience, and not an attempt to discredit honor, dignity and business reputation. But if there was time, I would have given this specialist a good nose in court according to his qualifications.

Probably, a miracle happened at the reception, because after the most ordinary examination, where the doctor just turned \ crumpled \ stretched my back and neck a little, my migraines went away. Just like that, in one day. After the appointment, I even signed up for a massage course. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit them because of a cold. But then it was no longer necessary, because my headaches were gone once and for all. I've been living as a human being for a year now!
