Understanding that they are not communicating with doctors. That is, they speak Russian, they do not intimidate. It's all about the case. Лежала 2 раза с маленьким ребёнком.
Первый раз был в отделении новорожденных, второй в инфекционном боксированном отделении, меня очень порадовал персонал этих отделений,начиная с врачей, заканчивая буфетчицами. Все очень вежливые,участливые,отзывчивые и понимающие, квалификацию врачей судить не берусь,так как не знаток, но моего малыша вылечили и помогли.
Но было одно большое но.
Я до сих пор не могу уложить в своей голове,почему в отделении новорожденных, где, казалось бы, должно быть комфортно малышам и их мамам, до сих пор нет ремонта. Это же кошмар,что там происходит.
Как по мне, просто зашпатлевать,покрасить стены и уже свеженько и уютно будет.
А так больница оставила только добрые и приятные впечатления

Спустя год после операции у дочки хочу выразить свою благодарность за помощь, которая никогда не забудется прежде всего хирургам А.С. Семеновых, Т.Е. Разумовой и всей команде кто учавствовал в тот день. Жаль что эту благодарность никак не измерить, единственное что можно так это словами выразить. Сама была в сомнениях до того случая, но с того момента поняла, что врачи в этой больнице очень достойные, молодцы, хоть и тяжело довериться не зная, но я рада что обратилась тогда за помощью и нам ее оказали. Пусть эти врачи, которые спасают жизни, будут оберегаемы Богом и бесконечных им благословений остается только пожелать и в работе и в личной жизни!

Очень вежливые и отзывчивые работники в этой больнице! От гардеробщицы, до врача. По приходу в больницу в отделение травмпункта нам оперативно и вежливо подсказали куда идти, а при уходе - с ребёнком выезжали на кресле, нам помогла гардеробщица и довезла аж до такси! Безоговорочное уважение таким людям!

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность отделению травмотологии. Доктор Суворов специалист высшей категории. Медперсонал высоко квалифицированный. Всегда готовы помочь и проконсультировать, даже ночью. В отделении лежала 4 раза и каждый раз с большой благодарностью уходим домой. Хочу пожелать вам счастья, добра и тепла которые вы отдаёте своим пациентам без остатка. Спасибо вам большое.

Персонал - молодцы! Лежали на 6 этаже , у аллерголога. Врач Алла Сергеевна, умничка . Очень ответственная. Как специалист - знает своё дело! Медсестры хорошие. За исключением "горе повара" .Женщина в возрасте. Грубая, наглая! Попросила кипятка , для чая, после 08:30, была послана ею далеко. Розеток в палате нет. Ну это понятно, в палатах дети . С проветриванием тоже беда. Окна на шурупах. Помыться только поддон для ног и бидэ.

Лежала с ребёнком в отделении новорожденных, ремонт конечно немного ожидает лучшего, но это не главное, когда косается здоровья ребёнка. Спасибо медсёстрам и врачам, которые смотрели моего малыша, когда я заболела и мне пришлось долечиваться дома.
