They put an ambulance on the couch in the waiting room , and I felt very dizzy And here comes a respected therapist, a young Lady doctor, one phrase killed me on the spot., The first phrase ,,Get up, You would have heard the tone of a doctor to a patient who was brought in by an ambulance with dizziness (she should have gone to the army or the zone with that tone!)the witness was the son. In general, we heard and saw a lot before 17 o'clock in the emergency room,medicine wants the best, no one needs or is interested in anyone, the instinct is triggered,Help yourself,, And if my son hadn't been there from the arrival of the ambulance until he was discharged at 5 p.m., no one would care how you felt, whether you could walk or fall, they would trample you further. On nutrition, special thanks, I really liked everything. Of the advantages in cutlets, meat and cottage cheese casserole with raisins are really super. It is also a huge plus that the hospital has a cafe "Batkova hut", where also those who have little food can go and eat. The ward was cleaned every day, dusted, wet cleaned and ventilated. On October 4, my beloved grandfather was admitted to the neurological department with a stroke. On the 6th, he was transferred to the intensive care unit. To begin with, while he was there for two weeks, it was even a problem to find out about his condition. Sometimes I couldn't get through for a whole day. The comment was dry and always the same - the condition is severe, unconscious. After two weeks, he was transferred back to the department, arguing that another patient needed the place (and thank God), and was not even informed about it. We found out only the next day. When I saw him, I was speechless. And it's not even about the general condition. I don't understand how such terrible bedsores can appear in two weeks. It feels like they didn't approach him there at all, except when food and medicine needed to be poured in. The heels almost stuck to the bed and turned black. Is it really impossible to carry out at least a little human care in the intensive care unit in addition to professional care? It seems to me that these bedsores were treated for the first time only by girls from neurology before our arrival. And it's just elementary to carry out at least some preventive actions so that these bedsores simply do not appear, is it really that difficult?! Only two weeks have passed!!! The next day, when we came to the department, we found out that grandpa was also conscious!!! He sees everything, understands and reacts to the best of his abilities! And he saw all this hell and disregard with his own eyes and realized it. There are no questions for the girls from neurology, the girls there are good, they helped us a lot. 11.11 the grandfather was gone, at that time he had already left this institution and went to another one. It's a shame about our medicine! I got the second star only thanks to the neurology staff. Resuscitation didn't deserve one. God forbid at the end of the journey to be there.

To which I grinned and clarified in a calm, polite tone - the doctor is still what kind of diagnosis is that ... the surgeon was very offended, he flew out of the exam room shouting SMART (and a dirty word)! And then, shouting, he began to claim that I was mocking him. It's a shame and not pleasant when you ask for help and you get snapped at, insulted instead of explaining to the patient what to really do with his sores. I understand that the duty team wants to sleep and maybe there were heavy patients, but this is not a reason to communicate with other patients with screams and insults, because when it hurts, you expect help from the doctor and not screams. It's a pity you can't put a minus sign. On May 13, I brought my mother by ambulance, who had a slight speech disorder. Stroke. They took us in, examined us, took us to a CT scan, brought us to the emergency room and forgot about us for 2 hours. No help was provided to a person with a stroke for 2 hours!!!!!!! We spent this time talking and joking. After 2 hours, my mother was taken to the department. Our last conversation took place around 5 pm on the phone, after 7 I couldn't get through. I got through to the department after 8 p.m., apparently there was a shift shift. They said it got worse and that I didn't call or bother. On Tuesday, I flew in and brought everything I needed (diapers, diapers and other consumables). Mom " Slept" All she had was one oxygen and one IV. His mouth was drooling, his right side was paralyzed, and his left arm was tied to the bed with tremor. I was noticed in the ward only 20 minutes later that my mother was not alone, and I was wiping her, correcting her. To which I was told that she had allegedly been wiped off about ten minutes ago, but the T-shirt was wet through. I put a disposable song on my chest. And that's it, after 10-15 minutes, relatives came to my mother's neighbor, apparently wealthy people, and there they ran every 5 minutes, then check the IV, then wipe, and my mother and I were like abandoned dogs. In the 2 hours that I spent with my mother, she never regained consciousness. Then I went to talk to the doctors, and almost all my questions were answered with one answer. I am NOT the ATTENDING PHYSICIAN, BUT the DUTY OFFICER (it was nice and a big weekend) the only thing they told me was why my mother did not react to me, that she was unconscious. On Wednesday, I was forced to go to work, and at work at 10.48 they said that they took me to the intensive care unit, and at 10.51 that she was gone. And after another half hour, they clarified whether I would take the consumables back, or they could leave them. That's all the treatment. The man was kept like a dog first in the emergency room, then in the ward until the last, instead of being transferred to the intensive care unit as soon as the condition worsens. I do not wish evil, but we are all not eternal, and it would be fair if one day in due time you come across a staff with such an attitude.

On February 23, I was taken by ambulance to the emergency department of the BSMP. I have something to compare the beginning of the treatment process in the healthcare institutions of our city. As in other hospitals, there are elements of hustle and confusion. But this is only at first glance. Further developments have shown that the entire process of admission, examination and all kinds of procedures is well-established, complete and, most importantly, there is a benevolent human factor in everything. In the surgical department, where I was sent from the emergency room, I write these words sincerely, without the slightest shadow of flattery, I was greeted like at home, a cozy, though paid ward (but it's worth it) respectful, with a sense of knowledge of the subject and correctness, attitude towards the patient. I was not treated for a long time, but this once again testifies to the quality of treatment and professionalism of those into whose hands you fell with the hope of getting rid of pain and suffering.
