They took my referral and a picture, told me to expect, the doctor left. I waited like that for about 40 more minutes. The doctor did not show up, the nurse suggested that I not waste time and drive up on Monday, having previously called. Which I did, because I have a lot of free time. After looking at the direction and the picture, the doctor said that there was nothing complicated here, so that I could justify my direction, it was supposedly not a difficult removal at all and went back to the clinic. Так сложилось что недавно поселился в Больнице БШК,лежу в отделении травматалогии. Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный,врачи очень квалифицированые. В палатах чисто и уборка проводится регулярно,кормят очень хорошо эту еде очень даже можно кушать, в заключении скажу негатива я лично в данной БЦБ не заметил ну а если вам все таки придется попасть в БЦБ в качестве пациента не переживайте вам окажут хорошую помощь вы выспитесь наберетесь сил ну и дальше работать работать и ещё раз работать)

On the evening of 04.11.23 I visited the emergency department for consultation and treatment . However, I was extremely disappointed with the professional behavior of doctor Krichko Lyudmila Bronislavovna and her attitude towards patients.
The doctor showed rudeness and rudeness in communicating with me. She used inappropriate and insulting expressions in communication with me, spoke in a rude tone. I didn't see personal boundaries, communicating on "you"
As soon as the doctor went into the examination room, she made a claim regarding my late arrival with the quote "Well, why did you come so late, couldn't you come earlier?". The doctor did not fulfill her professional duties, did not ask a single question about my symptoms and condition and did not conduct the necessary research. She did not provide me with the necessary information about my state of health. This incident dealt a severe blow to my psychological state. As a result, I left the emergency department of this hospital with tears in my eyes and a temperature of 38.7. This is a serious violation of my rights.
I believe that such behavior of a doctor is absolutely unacceptable and violates the basic principles of ethics of medical practice. I expected to receive professional and respectful service, but instead I was faced with rudeness and disrespect.

С детства у меня положительные впечатления остались о больнице . Детское гастро было на высшем уровне,как в санатории ,хорошие врачи, медсёстры. Питание и лечение были просто супер, сейчас так не лечат, увы. Парафинолечение,кислородные коктейли,игровые комнаты,было всё очень организованно. Кому оно помешало,не ясно,хотя понятно,что здоровые люди сегодня не нужны,аптеки надо обслуживать побольше,чем научить человека жить , двигаться, питаться. Будьте здоровы!

Да уж, опыт к сожалению был, причём раз пять, два раза сам ну и три раза с родителями. Правда они разделены во времени. Но одно неизменно, в приемном покое и в травмпункте доброжелательностью и не пахнет. Отношение безразличное. Но если прилёг в больницу, то там отношение более человечное. Врачи, сестрички молодцы профессионалы своего дела!

Уровень оказания хирургической помощи на уровне ФАПа, если не хуже. Абсолютно не компетентная в медицинских вопросах администрация, покрывающая своих недоврачей. Сами же врачи о этики и деонтологии даже не слышали. Строят из себя непонятно кого, когда в каждом УЗ страны известно об их «подвигах».
